Manjusri Paradise — Hotel in Bengaluru

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Room#²⁰⁴ Something good first! Pro: Stay was very affordable/budget friendly. Hot water available for bathing. The staff also provided heater on request.

Con: We paid the front desk staff the entire money for 3days. At that time receptionist informed no 3 rooms available on the same floor but promised to get the rooms ready within 2 hours. My friends and me we went out for meals and shopping. This gave them more than 3 hours and still they failed to fulfill their promise and alloted rooms in 3 different floors. We requested for refund but the receptionist refused and argued pointlessly. Finally there was another senior staff who handled the situation and he gave us the 3 rooms on the same floor.

Bed linen had stain, dusty walls, stained parts of ceiling and walls, dirty window with pan splatter, bathroom in terrible condition. Broken WC, moulds everywhere:- floors, walls, shower head, jet spray! All dust everywhere, and also tiny cockroaches...

This is one of the worst hotel which I have ever stayed in Bengaluru. It was really horrible experience.

First thing is the rooms are filled with cockroaches and bed bugs.

Even after complaining this to the receptionist, there is no necessary action taken.

There are multiple persons in the reception. The old people are good enough but one of the young receptionist was really bad and his way of communication and approach is in Ethical and unprofessional.

When I complained him about the bed bugs and asked him to rectify it by giving alter room to me, but he haven't made any kind of step to resolve it.

There is no ceiling fan in the room. The have a wall mount fan. Ventilation is very poor.

The bed is filled with bed bugs. You can see the bed stains in the bedsheet and pillow.

Owner doesn't having patience just he want money daily basis when customer already informed that she will stay for a 15days and in advance amount already paid then also night time they will bang the door in sleeping time in August ending we stayed but owner is arrogant money minded person only money on time he want and walls ceilings are completely with fungus no daily basis cleaning even don't serve drinking water for drinking water they charged 200 rupees people's should complaint against this hotel to consumer court even have to inform GST officer about the Tax and if we calculate 700per day for small room then for 30days will be 21000 for a small worst room Just they are...
