OYO 2321 Hotel Nile Residency — Hotel in Bengaluru

There was foul smell on every floor and both our rooms.

No toilet seat/ cover on the commode. The bedcovers, blankets and pillow covers looked like they haven't been changed in a week.

The towel I was given was torn and stained, washed but it was in a bad state.

The one positive is that the bed is decent. No complaints about that.

The bed is put such a way that the sunlight directly shines onto your face, the curtains don't help. It helps if you wanna wake up early though.

But we were given a room for 24 hours on request, that was a good thing. The bed was in good condition. I think that's all for...

Used to visit two times a year, had no issues then, but now had bad experience. Room was full of cockroaches. TV not working, awful customer service. They don't care about customer's prerequisites. Back then they used to provide drinking water, now they don't even give back the balance amount when we pay for it. Cleanliness level going down by time. Bad attitude from receptionists. Don't expect any...

Worst stay... The rate was high and They are not providing drinking water and there was no hot water facility and they are not allowing to take liquor into the hotel... First time experiencing this kind of things... They are literally checking...
