I am writing this review for people who are short on money and are about to choose this place to stay for a few nights. Rooms are clean. Bathrooms are clean though the shower dint work properly where I was staying. You are going to have to walk a kilometre if you are looking for a place to eat where there are also ameneties. They also provide water on every floor and a bottle should you need it. Wifi is provided on every floor though the internet speed is just barely ok. The most important thing one would look in pg is an HONEST and Cooperative OWNER and Mr. Vinod Sir definitely is. Whatever he promised was delivered. A prompt resolution to any issue faced by tenant is what makes this pg one of the best. Deducting one star just because there's a lot of scope for improvement such as cleanliness of bathrooms and proper 24*7 water supply is required. Firstly, the owner is a great guy. Quickly accomodated by requirement for an early check-in. The rooms are spacious, the view is great, the surroundings are silent, there's a geyser in the toilet, the price is reasonable. There was no desk to work on, the walls are made of plastic (between the rooms), no way to adjust fan speed, rooms lights were dim.
