Super Townhouse Whitefield Bangalore — Hotel in Bengaluru

There is no rating below 1 or else i would have given that.. I did online booking on Saturday 30th April's afternoon and checked in around evening 8 pm.. When I reached there they told me that they do not accept online booking and there is no room available. Upon request they gave me 1 room on 4th floor (without lift). We have to spent our night there. 2 long power cuts in that night. Next day in the morning I told them that I want to extend it for 1 more day but please provide us any room on 1st floor. I went out but then around 12 pm I started receiving calls from reception that checkout time is over and we don't have any room to extend. I had to immediately go to hotel. One person then told us "Rate revise ho gaya hai weekend hai 1700 Rs. me jamta hai toh lo warna khaali kro, then after 10 minutes he came down to 1500 Rs. for 1 day " I has to ask multiple times about towels, cleaning etc but no reaponse from them. I raised my concerns with owner too he said " Bahot problem chal raha hai, generator pe poora hotel chalana padta hai etc etc" Totally unprofessionalism. The hotel staff denied check-in. There is overbooking, and the staff gives room to the ones who booked for higher cost. For rest, they straight away deny check-in saying no rooms are available. They tell the person to contact Oyo. Staff is not trained well. The original discount is always greater than actual paid amount, because of coupons and member discounts. But the staff will keep arguing with you asking for difference amount even when you explain them. There is no dustbin in the room, complimentary water bottle and toiletries were also not provided. Network in the area is poor. It's difficult to make a call or browse internet on your phone here. Wifi does not connect. No luggage assistance is provided. They straight away say that there is just one person in the whole hotel responsible for both luggage and cleaning. The housekeeper denied cleaning the room because the booking amount was less. One of the WORST hotels ever. People I am literally begging you not to go to this hotel for staying. They literally made me cry. Such a rude and worst attitude towards customer. The manager is a fraud, even after booking through Oyo they will say they don't have a room. And inorder to get the room i have to pay 600 more. Such a corrupted place. We have been waiting in the lobby for more then 3 hours still no one responded. Am one of the nicest person never put on a bad reviews even if the service was bad. But here I don't mind if this hotel goes to drain, i don't care, because that made me do this. We travelled from far and wanted a room to freshen up. We didn't even had food from the morning, imagine the situation. Still these people lack even the slightest persent of humanity.
