Sanctum Suites Whitefield Bangalore — Hotel in Bengaluru

I had booked a room for 3 Adults and had a 3 day's stay at the hotel and below is my review.

Positives 1.Location - The hotel is within 2.5 Km proximity from ITPL and is located in a decent surrounding. 2.Room was cleaned daily.

Negatives 1.High Price for the service rendered - I had paid 4k per day with GST for a room that dint warrant a penny more than Rs 1000. 2.False Marketing & Impolite Receptionist - We were provided with a room that could barely hold 2 Adults in place for the payment made for 3 Adults and when enquired with the receptionist she told you should have seen the pictures before booking the room. She came as rude in many other instances as well. 3.Complimentary breakfast - The breakfast provided can only be categorised as sub par to the amount that was paid. In short the hotel did not do justice to the price...

The room was really nice. Quiet and peaceful. The lunch we had in the rooftop lounge was excellent as was the breakfast we had there. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Sadly, the only complaint I have is that their cancellation policy was not very clear. We booked a six night stay and then found out that the space was really too far from everywhere we needed to go in Bangalore. We left after two nights. Unfortunately we were told that the remainder was non-refundable. So, unfortunately we left several hundred dollars poorer.

So my advice is this: it's a good place to stay if you're going to be doing things near Whitefield but be absolutely sure it's what you want before you pay. And be sure you fully understand all policies before handing over your...

It was my worst experience while my stay at Santum Suites. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I think if you will go for 1 star hotel also staff will be more mannered. Buffet for breakfast was worst. Nothing like what is mentioned in site. Also they will count on what you eat. It feels like we are forcing them to serve us food.

Cleaning person doesn't want to clean . WE HAVE TO ASK FOR EVERYTHING . That too after you ask for anything once or twice nobody will listen. Once you feel like shouting then only staff will listen.
