Pathetic water delivery service. All are brainless idiots working here. They never deliver water cans on time but will always say 30mins delivery but in reality they deliver after 1 day. They don’t have minimum basic ethics to call /msg and inform the customer who is waiting for drinking water… Useless place with all useless people. 😡🤬😡

New Update: 22nd Apr 2024 Yesterday they told that, they will deliver today morning but they didn’t and upon following up they said why I wrote this comment^^ on google along with threatening me stating you come to store I will show you who is brainless. And now I have been told that they will not deliver to me and asked me order from somewhere else as they cant deliver only bisleri cans, I have to order something else along with bisleri in order to get delivery (MANDATORY FROM THEIR SIDE : NEW RULE). FYI - I have been ordering only Bisleri cans from you from past 1 year and now all of a sudden new rules have been made, just because I wrote this comment ^^ on google?

New Update: 23rd Apr 2024 As per our conversation on phone, I was told that we will not deliver to you unless I order something else also along with Bisleri (This hasn’t been the rule ever). Coming to the point of calling “brainless” - well what would you do if you are trusting someone for getting drinking water and relying on them that they will do quick delivery but every single time you have to wait for more than 1 day even after multiple follow ups and they don’t even have to courtesy to inform you rather not answer your calls even if you call 10 times? And FYI its been 2 days, you haven’t deliver it yet and if you want me to believe that you don't have stock from past 2 days, well i don’t believe that reason being, yesterday when I was passing through your store I saw multiple filled bisleri cans were kept outside your store! Anyways thanks for giving so much pain just to deliver drinking water to your so called “loyal customers- in your own words”. It’s the biggest sin to not give water to someone in need. Last week, I paid a visit to this supermarket for my regular grocery shopping and walked away largely satisfied with my experience. The aisles here were well-organized, making it a breeze to locate all the products on my list. From fresh produce and bakery items to household essentials, the selection was comprehensive. Everything I picked up seemed fresh, and the quality was commendable.

The staff members here were notably friendly and quite helpful. On more than one occasion, when I was on the hunt for a specific item, they were quick to assist and point me in the right direction. It's evident that customer service is a priority at this place.

However, there was a slight hitch in my experience. The queue at the cash counter was longer than I would have preferred. Even though the cashiers were prompt and efficient, there simply weren't enough counters operating to handle the volume of customers. I believe that the management could make improvements by possibly opening more counters during peak hours or even introducing self-checkout kiosks to speed up the process.

That being said, the overall ambiance of the store was pleasant, prices felt reasonable, and the range of products met most of my needs.
