FOYER — Restaurant in Bengaluru

While I'm tempted to agree with most folks about the location, ambience and menu, I must honestly state that the service is way below par - unless you know the management and make that an obvious fact on arrival.

We wanted to have breakfast this morning after church, and placed our order. However, other people who came after us got served before us. We felt ignored considering the service staff hardly paid us attention but seemed energetically busy with other tables.

What really ticked me off was that my masala dosa was served cold and soggy. How does something like that even leave the kitchen??? Even small local darshini style eateries respect their customers enough to serve a dosa hot and crisp. I only ate it because I'm diabetic and was terribly hungry at the time.

Firstly this is a very isolated restaurant so there are hardly any people. Their menu says bacon in sandwiches but they don’t serve bacon but still charge the same. If asked they say “it's only on the menu” which is very strange. Taste is average nothing great. What’s even worse is the owner and the guys working there keep staring which makes so uncomfortable to be even seated there. It happened to an extend where the waiter comes and asks me if he should pack the sandwich for me as takeaway while I was still eating, I mean I would say if I need it packed. It was as though they needed us out of that place. Moreover it was just 2 of us at 5pm. I’m sure we were not seated there for an hour also. Oh my such a worst experience. We reached the restaurant late around 10:15 pm. Restaurant was empty. Parking was available. It was very quiet.

Ordered quickly as the restaurant was about to close. Ordered barbeque chicken wings which was okayish. We ordered fried rice and chicken noodles which were a big flop. Very plain and cold.
