SPOT ON 37955 Manjunatha Paradise — Hotel in Bengaluru

Recently I booked through OYO and paid full amount for the accommodation scheduled. I wanted to check in early morning as they informed if they had any vacancy it is permitted with some fees. I waited at reception from early morning from 05.30 a.m. Hotel in charge (owner?) was sleeping on couch and no place was available for customers to sit. ||The hotel boy said it is not at all possible to check in early. The hotel in charge who got up from his sleep from the sofa meant for seating customers woke up around 6.30 a.m. and inquired whether I have made payment through OYO online. When I said yes he mentioned that I will not be allowed checking in even at 12.00 p.m. as per my booking, as I booked through OYO website and made payment to them online. Totally bad experience. Please i would suggest dont go and book. I am planning to raise the complaint on consumer forum or police station. Thus hotel was booked by oyo on 22.12.19 at evening and same day i had requested to oyo please ensure with hotel management regarding charges but from OYO they committed to charges will not be changed. Next day on 23.12.19 during check-in hotel staff told us to pay extra flooring charges rupess 550 and they will not be able to give two room booked amount i. E 985 and they offer 1 room in same charges. Then we don't have an choices and we go with 1 room in 900. But eventually we come to know On OYO portal showing two room booked whereas they given us 1 room. Same thing we gad convey to OYO. Then hotel staff told us to you can leave the room as you already pay the 900 rupess. See the rubbish behaviour from staff and helpless OYO. Really i would see dont go with OYO and...

i lived there for 14 days back to back in 2 years. best hotel at cheap rate. helpful staff. fully secured and have all basic facilities. location of this hotel is just near Bangalore city railway station and majestic bus stand which is best for a traveler. good restaurants and hotels are available nearby the hotel at cheap rate. double bedroom is available only for 475 rupees . no extra tax or room service charge. bell boy or room service is ready in a minute after your call. room and hotel is clean. room contain tv, full size cupboards. for bath 24 hrs hot and cold water...
