FabExpress Laxmi Inn — Hotel in Bidhannagar

This hotel doesn't deserve even one star but still I am giving. 1)Receptionist have very very rude behaviour. Can not talk politely. He doesn't deserve to be sit on reception. He deny everything directly on our request. We came 11.30am, only 30 mins before check in time and we have requested for early check in but receptionist asked for extra charges 250/- but as per your policies it is non-paid for above require time. 2) As we have complementary breakfast paid 400/- and they are bringing outside local shop food, very poor quality food and poori sabji it was cold. When we asked for breakfast, receptionist said "breakfast after 10 o'clock." I have heard this first time breakfast timing in hotel after 10 o'clock. When the ward boy bring the breakfast, it was very unhygienic, not covered, no spoons, no tissue papers given. The ward boy was in very dirty clothes wearing tshirt and half pant. I guess who clean the toilets also serving the breakfast. There was no water bottles, kettle for boiling water etc in the room. 3)Bathroom was good but Geyser was not working. AC we requested to switch on and later on they cut the power supply from outside. 4) We have ordered Dal Makhani and plain rice, that toilet cleaner boy bring packed food, it was bring from outside local shop along with plates with dirty plates. Very hygienic food. 5) There was only one charging plug in the room. One was broken which was beside the bed. 6) Tv channels was not coming even after informing the receptionist. 7) We had informed yesterday, will check out early around 9 o'clock because we have flight 10 o 'clock so requested to provide breakfast early but they denied, reason given by them is our kitchen opens after 8.30am. 8) Door lock broken, socket broken, bed sheet have hole and stains. 9)Everytime we call on room service number, they recieve the call after 10-11 rings. 10) This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. Receptionist must be replaced. There behaviour are like are working in the dormatries. 11)We booked for double bed but provided "Divaan" bed. 11) There are some deficiencies in the room, supportive...

If you are going to this hotel please keep mind of these things :

You cannot get out of your rooms after 12 AM as the sound of opening door teases the manager.

You cannot play music too loud as the sound easily enters the other room. No Noise cancelation mechanism are there in room.

You can get harrased after booking a room as there can be load shedding happens in late night there and no steps can be taken. You can stay awake after paying for you room but the staffs are chilling there.

If you do any of the above things the manager namely "Mithoon" can call you and give threat as we received that " Dada jeta apnara korchen ota thik korchen na, apnader jonno amader onno guest ra chole jabe". The thing we did that we opened door after 12 am.

The staffs and Owner doesn't bother about there reputation they just want money.

Please don't pay early. Generally every hotels ask money during check out but this one asks money during check in.

At late night the staffs are not aware of the phone...

Worst experience ever in my whole life, pathetic, terrible and horrible hotel and staff it was. Room was smelling like hell and blanket and bed sheet was too dirty like hell they don't even clean my room i was there for 4 night 5 day, now let me tell you one beautiful incident so Breakfast was added in my package but they told me that we will give you only 2 slices of bread butter and Tea and that will be the same util your check out there is no variety. Then one day they send breakfast without tea when i ask the manager that i have not received Tea then manager came shirtless and knock my door and tell me that Milk turned sour so we cant not provide tea today.
