We had a very disappointing experience. Here's why: Poor Service: From the moment we arrived, there was chaos. Waiters were running around, seemingly disorganized. We had to call them five times before anyone came to take our order.Unprofessional

Atmosphere: There were shouting sounds coming from the kitchen, and the waiters were also shouting and quarreling with the kitchen staff, right in the restaurant.

Service Sequence Issues: The service was completely out of order. Our main course was served before the starter. When we questioned this, the server seemed unsure and had to ask someone else, eventually bringing the starter.

Food Quality:Starter (Butter Pepper Fish): The basa fish had an off-putting smell and tasted bad, almost like baking soda.

Main Course:Shanghai Special Mix Fried Rice: The rice was flat and had a strange smell.

Bulgogi Chicken: The waiter promised it would be smoky, but it was not. We had to return the dish, and only then did they serve it properly.

Cantonese Noodles: The vegetables were undercooked, and the baby corn was particularly bad. Lastly we order hakka chicken noodles that was quite ok. Overall, the experience was highly unsatisfactory. We will not be returning and do not...

On September 22nd, I visited the restaurant with my mother and spouse. We placed our food order at approximately 9:00 PM, which included one Dimsum, one Shanghai Mixed Fried Rice, and a Schezwan Fish. After waiting for 30 minutes, we were informed that the Dimsum would require additional preparation time. The staff suggested that we begin with the main course and then have the Dimsum later. This recommendation was made by a young waiter who appeared to lack experience in the hospitality industry.

Subsequently, another waiter approached us and assured us that the Dimsums were ready and would be served within five minutes. However, despite waiting for an additional seven minutes, we did not receive our order. Consequently, we decided to leave the restaurant. Regrettably, neither the manager nor the waiters made any effort to address our concerns or apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Based on this experience, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this particular branch of the restaurant. I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE.

I did not like the taste of Bulgogi Chicken (10 Pcs). I feel the raw sauce smelling was ruins the taste. I have complained but they did not agree and said this their best seller. If this is their best seller then best of luck for future.

Even I did not like the fried rice. Hakka noddles was good and liked it amd tjat is tje only dish enjoyed , even Fish In Butter Pepper Garlic Basa was not up to the taste.

They said give another chance so I can try something else which I like, but sorry to say I am not confident enough to go in there again. Chowman and haatari is far better.
