I went to New Town. Then I visited Eco Park. That is a different and very awesome place to spend some time. After exiting from Eco Park, my friend gave me the idea to dine in Arsalan. Hopefully there is an outlet near Eco Park which is not that far. We fetch an auto and reach there. It is very much near Chinar Park Auto stand. We went to Arsalan then. This place is huge just like Aminia which is near to it. We went to the top floor of Arsalan. So many people are working in that place. So you will not feel alone. This dining place is totally AC-ed. After much thinking we ordered Arsalan special Mutton Biryani, salad, Tandoori Roti, Chicken Bharta. Food is good and tasty. No matter how hungry you are, you may cannot eat too much of food. That day Biryani was spicy. The mutton pieces were soft and delicious. Tandoori Roti was as traditional and the Chicken Bharta too was much awesome in taste and flavour. Arsalan maintains its quality upto today. In desert we had Shahi Tukda which I think you must have. It is sweet and delicious and perfect as in place of desert. The salad was usual too. The food quantity is way bigger. You can take your food out from this place and have a great space for dining in. It is an awesome place to have some quality time spend with friends and dear ones. I hope you will not regret going to this place. This place also supports direct home delivery orders and Swiggy, Zomato and other food delivery app available at that time and at that place.

Excellent dining experience with special attraction of Biriyanis Arsalan is a well known name in the field of Biriyani preparation. Type of Biriyanis: There are several type of Biriyanis. I have tasted Mutton Biriyani, Chicken Biriyani, Lucknow Biriyani. Mutton was remarkably soft in Mutton Biriyani. Chicken was also tender. In this outlet I found Aalu and Egg too in the Biriyani. They do not provide Raita or salad along with the Biriyani. You have to order these separately if required. Firni: They are also specialist in Firni as a desert. I was excellent. Other items: There are so many mutton and chicken items are available there, such as kababs, razala etc etc. I believe nobody would disappoint here. Price: Price is little higher compared to other restaurants however, considering the quality of the food and the brand name, this price is okay. Example: Mutton normal Biriyani Rs 300, Mutton Spl Biriyani 428, Firni Rs 80. Ambience: In ground floor, they have take away facility and in the mazenine and 1st floor, they have dine in facility which is good but not spacious. Behaviour of the staffs are good. Washroom: They have clean separate washrooms for male and females at 1st floor.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Arsalan Restaurant & Caterer, and I couldn't be more impressed. Here are the highlights of my experience: 1. **Delicious Food:** - The dishes were exceptionally flavorful and beautifully presented. Every bite was a delight, and the menu offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. 2. **Outstanding Service:** - The staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. They made sure we were well taken care of throughout our meal, adding to the overall positive experience. 3. **Ambiance:** - The restaurant had a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor was tasteful, and the seating was comfortable, making it a perfect place for both casual and special occasions. 4. **Catering Services:** - We also used their catering service for a recent event, and it was fantastic. The food arrived on time, was hot and fresh, and received rave reviews from our guests. Overall, Arsalan Restaurant & Caterer exceeded our expectations in every way. The restaurant ambiance was looking promising. You have options to choose where to sit as they have multiple floors. Even you can sit on the terrace, that could be a perfect spot for candlelight dinner. The behavior of the staffs was really nice. They're quite attentive and seemed like they are properly trained. They can explain you about the dishes and make your doubts clear. Finally the food was delicious. We had ordered Chicken Biryani & Chicken Tangdi Kabab. Tangdi Kabab was extremely delicious that you can taste the smokey flavors. Tender & juicy served with onion salad, green chatney & a special achari salad. That achari salad was awesome, I requested to repeat it again. And the Biryani was perfect. Kolkata style. Rice was cooked just perfect. Big size chicken pieces that will satisfy you for sure. 1 plate is enough for 2 persons but that depends on your appetite. Usually I don't get satisfied easily. But this restaurant has a class. Overall the experience was awesome. 🥰🤗

I visited Arsalan on 8th October. We were expecting a big crowd, had to wait for about 7 minutes to get a table. My friend and I were seated at the table for 2. Firstly , the tables are small even for 2 people. With a vase, glasses , mobiles and plates of food, it did get cramped. We ordered - Mutton Reshmi kebab, Mutton biriyani, Chicken biriyani, Mutton Rezala, cold drinks and Phirni to end it. The biriyani was pure heaven. Meat on both biriyanis were melt-in-the-mouth brilliant. The Mutton Rezalas were disappointing. The meat was too tough and had too much fat on it. We could not enjoy it. The gravy was the only good point. The Mutton Reshmi kebab was very delicious and worth the wait. Phirni was ok. We also were eager to try the Lucknowi biriyani and few other items, but were advised against it by the server. They also did not have specific kebabs listed on the menu. Overall, the biriyani and kebab saved the day. Maybe our expectations were set too high.

I want to give a 5 star only for their Biriyanis! Arsalan and Kolkata are incomplete without each other. However the experience in their Chinarpark centre was something that I want to explain below: Pros: 1. Their Biriyani is like a poetry in motion. Subtle, yet rich in flavour. 2. The mutton was tender. 3. The rice aromatic. 4. Portion size was also very good. 5. The waiters and managers were also very cordial! Things for Improvement: 1. The Arsalan Kebab was a disaster. The cheese generally is very gooey and cheesy but in this instance it felt like a lump of maida! Hard and something that brought down the taste of the kebab. 2. The seating area could only accomodate 25 or so people and it is always cramped up. With the doors closed it makes one feel very claustrophobic. When the air conditioners are on you would feel your bones clattering in cold and when off you would feel sweat on your forehead. Something should be done about the seating area!
