Such bad experience. We booked a room yesterday but when we called there , they told us that there are no rooms available. And they suggested another hotel named "Indigo inn" claiming that it's their another hotel and it's better than the goroomgo one and when we went there, it was horrible. No parking area, such bad facilities, damp room, bad behaviour of staff and it was under construction. Such illiterate people are there. Our experience at this Hotel was an absolute nightmare. Despite making a reservation in advance, upon arrival, they had the audacity to inform us that they had no record of our booking and no rooms available. Not only did they fail to fulfill their obligation, but the staff also treated us with utter contempt, displaying no empathy for our predicament. To add insult to injury, they callously refused to provide a refund, leaving us stranded and out of pocket. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this sham of a hotel...

Please do not trust them. I have a very bad experience with them. They will ask you for advance and they will say you will get refund in case of cancellation. In case if you cancel, than they will just ask your customer id and bank details again and again when ever you call them but they will daily say today will refund, tommorow will refund, but only they will say, they will...
