URMILA RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Bidhannagar

I recently visited here and found the food to be absolutely delightful. Each dish was bursting with flavor, skillfully prepared, and showcased a perfect balance of spices and fresh ingredients. The main courses, in particular, were exceptional, making for a memorable dining experience.

However, there were a couple of issues that marred the evening. Firstly, the appetizers were unavailable during the evening, which was quite disappointing. I had heard great things about their starters and was looking forward to trying them, but unfortunately, they were not an option.

Additionally, there was a shortage of regular beverages. It was surprising to find that several common drink options were unavailable, which limited our choices significantly.

Despite these drawbacks, the excellent taste and quality of the main dishes made up for the inconvenience. I would still recommend Urmila Restaurant for its superb food, but be prepared for the possibility of limited appetizer and beverage options if you visit in...

Today 16th october 2021 i visited at this restaurant.The order taking guy is very bad mannered..I repeatedly requested him to take my order but he was ignoring me as if i was there to eat food at free of cost.Even in front of me he was taking other customer's order who had come lately than me..I was shocked and protested then he came to my table and said i would not take your order as i already had too many orders to serve. But he accepted other people's orders. So i realised there is some issues with me particularly and left the restaurant eventually..I was shocked to get this type of behaviour also i was very hungry as i came out of tcs gitobotan after taking my exam..Worst experience....i will never visit this...

Me and my colleagues went here for lunch on 3rd July. They serve a variety of food. I ordered Veg fried rice, mutton kasha, butter naan, chicken do pyaza and green salad. Waiting time was a little longer. But when food was served we were very happy. Food quality and quantity both were good. Taste of all items was awesome. And the best part is price of all items is very pocket friendly. Atmosphere is homely, nothing too decorated or with theme, but yes its good to go in times of hurry and when searching for pocket friendly great lunch or meals. Overall I would rate it as 4/5. 👏 N.B: We were so hungry, i forgot to take pictures...
