Worst dining experience ever!

While the ambience and staff behavior were decent, the food was absolutely horrible. The cutleries were disgustingly stained with God-knows-what. The chicken was not just undercooked—it was raw! When I pointed it out, they had the audacity to take it back and re-cook the SAME food that I had already eaten! The spaghetti? Undercooked and a complete disaster.

To make matters worse, this place is ridiculously overpriced for the garbage they serve. The location is an absolute nightmare if you're driving; you have to step out and move your car multiple times just to park. And the momos? Don't even get me started. They were raw, stale, and the coating tasted terrible—it’s the kind of cheap rice flour stuff you’d regret buying even at a discount. The smell alone was revolting.

And the menu? A joke. Half of it isn’t available, and if you try ordering through Swiggy or Dineout, they refuse to honor payments or offers, forcing you to pay directly to their account instead. Coffee, priced at a ridiculous ₹250, was cold, watery, and utterly tasteless.

Save your money and sanity. This place isn’t worth a single rupee. Never again!

Rest assured, I have no intention of returning to your establishment. If you’re unwilling to honor the offers, it would be better to disable them altogether—no problem there. As for the poor food and bad quality, my review was purely factual and not personal, but your defensive tone certainly is.

Additionally, if your definition of "empty" aligns with what I’ve showcased in the attached images, that’s quite telling.

The cafe owner seems to know it all. Serving Saute fish instead of grilled fish. Serving lemon butter sauce as a dip which is the main element of the dish. Lol Serving food 1hr after ordering. Increasing prices upto 750 is utter nonsense. Play fair ! Stop fooling customers by putting seperate menus online and offline And if you are accepting booking on Swiggy and Zomato, then honor your commitment. Stop fooling customers!

As a response to my review, You said you replaced the item where in reality you just re- heated and gave it us . Continuously asking if the food is good or not, and actually looking into it is different. If you had actually given us the cooked fish , we would have been happier. Anyone who has planned a visit , would like to stay rather walk away after hearing the different policies and menu as mentioned online . How do you explain the 20 rupees water bottle for which you charge 35 rupees which is around double the price of the MRP? No one is that insane to post false about you. Buckle up and improve before it's late !

FYI - Since you mentioned portion size in rising markets , 750 doesn't call for such small portion which you serve . Portion size, cooking techniques , elements of a dish and rising market is known to me as well, me being a sous-chef in one of the most prestigious 5-stars in India. When we came across this cafe, there were mixed reviews and thus we were not able to make up our mind whether to visit or not. While the google reviews are good but zomato has lower ratings.

We liked the food we had and the overall experience was quite good.

Ambience - The cafe is clean and has decent decor with pictures and frames from movies and books.

You can enjoy a good read from their book library while having the food.

Chicken popcorn in barbeque sauce - Although the popcorn will not be crispy due to the barbeque sauce, but tasted good. The quantity is enough to overfill 2 if you plan to try other items from the menu. Rating - 4.6

Salted caramel shake - The shake tasted ordinary and simple. We felt it could be better. Rating - 3.8

Crispy cheesy fish fry - 2 large fillet of vetki coated with bread and crumbs. The taste was good and again the quantity is very sufficient. Rating - 4.5

Enchiladas (Non-veg) - Rolled lasagna sheets filled with cheese and chicken. This was best among the lot. Rating - 4.8

Baked Malai Reshmi kabab - We packed this item for our home. Contains 8 pieces. Health conscious people can eye on this food item as it was free from excessive oil and baked in oven. It tastes decent. Rating - 4.2
