Sylph Chocolates — Local services in Bidhannagar

Sylph Chocolates had recently send me this beautiful box filled with chocolate ganache, Nilgiri brownies chocolate coated biscuits and Vanilla muffins. The box was so beautiful and so were each products inside it really loved the packing and the beautiful presentation of each products. Slyph Chocolates is a located in Saltlake and is run by Ms. Usha Tibrewal and you can find varities of desserts, cakes and handmade chocolates there. Everything is homemade and 100% eggless. Now let me start describing what they had sent: 🔷 Nilgiri Brownie: I received a Nilgiri Brownie inside the box that had a topping of Chocolate drizzle and Hazelnut. The brownie look amazing perfectly describing how Ms. Tibrewal has master the art of baking. The brownie seemed a bit dry than the usual ones but was extremely chocolatey, just the way I like it. 🔷Vanilla Muffins: I was sent 3 small Vanilla muffins topped with tutti frutti inside the box full stop the muffins were extremely spongy and looked beautiful. usually Vanilla is not a very pure flavour of mine yet this brownie was one of the best that I have ever tasted. 🔷 Chocolate Rumballs: the chocolate rum balls has my heart these were the best out of the lot, inside the box be a sweet tooth especially someone who gets weird cravings about chocolate, definitely these are a perfect solution to them. These looked so damn cute and had a beautiful decoration with milk chocolate. 🔷 Chocolate Biscuits: chocolate biscuits was something new that I had tried this time. These were regular biscuits topped with a thick layer of dark chocolate making it intense with every bite that you take. The chocolate seemed a bit bitter as it was a dark chocolate coating but along with the biscuit made a perfect bite. Kudos to Sylph Chocolates doing their work so incredibly well. Definitely, would want to visit someday. Loved everything that were sent. And the presentation and the box...

"Overpriced and Underwhelming" Sylph Chocolates recently set up a stall at Chete Puthe Mela, Santosh Mitra Square, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Their items are highly overpriced, and there were barely any customers at the stall.

I purchased one chocolate bar for Rs. 100, expecting something unique or premium, but it did not live up to the hype. The quality and taste felt ordinary, and honestly, you’d get better value and flavor from brands like Dairy Milk or other popular options at a fraction of the price.
