I’m writing this review a month later because we were traveling at that time. I had booked the hotel using my boyfriend’s phone, and by mistake, I selected only one guest. There was no option to modify the booking afterward, and since the payment was already made, we had no choice but to go there. There was no refund or alternative solution available. We tried contacting customer care, but there was no India-based support, which made the situation even more frustrating. It was literally a harassing experience for us at that moment. Still, we decided to visit the hotel in Vrindavan. Upon arrival, the staff denied our check-in, saying that the booking was only for one guest. We had to pay an additional ₹300 to stay there. Secondly, we had booked a king-size bed room, but they provided a single bed room instead. None of the promised amenities were available. The hotel looked nice in pictures, but the reality was completely opposite. There was no TV connection, no towels, no chairs, no shower nothing at all. It was honestly a terrible experience.
