NEW AAHAR RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Bidhannagar

We live across the street in which the so called "restaurant" is located. We WERE a daily cutsomer to this restaurant until today. We ordered food which was stinking like nothing better than a weeked stale food. On complaining, the smart manager of the same told us that "we prepare everything properly and it is not our fault at all" and many more. In layman language, he simply denied any exchange or compensation against our complain and he wasnt even having a strike of guilt over his face. We are general public and we expect the best service from any store/restaurant because its about food, a basic need for a human being. We were clearly exploited by this restaurant and denied any compensation from the manager as mentioned above. Any health issues or mishap faced by me or my family would be a huge burden on this so called restaurant. Mark it.

This is really a great place to have some food. The taste of the food is really good , not too oily, not too rich. I've no complaints about the service. Also the atmosphere is very good. Reshmi Kebab, Veg Jhalfrezi & few rotis were items I had ordered. Oh yes, I had a roll & cool drink while waiting for my order to get picked up.
