My mother had gone to this shop to buy some pastries and a loaf of bread. Upon entering she noticed a sales person sitting on the other side of the counter and eating and wasn't even greeted upon entering. Mother saw that there was 4 slices of the cake she wanted but saw that 2 out of the 4 looked dry (probably those were stale). She asked the sales person to pack the other two in a box and then asked if they had garlic bread. While she was browsing through the loaves of breads, something transpired between the person sitting on the floor and the sales person. She saw that the sales person had changed one of the two slices that my mother had chosen with a stale ones. My mother confronted her and got the ones she had chosen.
