I visited Disneyland pandel yesterday with my family. Please find below pros and cons :-

Pros :- From past few years, Sreebhumi is really making good themed Durga puja pandel. This year the theme is Disneyland. Location is good. Transport connectivity is good. I was able to enter the pandel in hardly 20 - 25 mins.

Cons :- I was carrying my 5 months child and by seeing the crowed I requested the volunteers if I can get another way to enter the pandel quickly but they said NO. For sure, I made a mistake by taking my child into this crowed. Almost all the volunteers were using their whistles all the times. They don't care if there is a small child or an old person. It's high chances that the ear may get effected because the sound of the whistle was so loud. No facility of vehicle parking. Sreebhumi did their promotion by showing the light show in disneyland pandel and thinking the same, I went to see the pandel but there was no light show. I asked the volunteer even if there will be any light show happening and they said NO there is no light show this time. So, basically Sreebhumi fooled people.

Well, this year Sreebhumi Durga puja pandal becomes the talk of the town with its 145 feet tall Burj Khalifa pandal. It's attracting crowd from everywhere!

You should visit this place after sunset to experience the wonderful lighting! But, yes it might take you more than an hour from main road to reach the pandal. So, be prepared. However, if you just want to see the pandal quickly, I suggest you go during day time.

Since its located on the main road, there are ample number of travelling options. You can come from any part of Kolkata to this place. Besides, the pandal, there are numerous options for refreshment and enjoyment. You will get almost all food items, snacks after watching the pandal. Suggest you carry a bottle of water, coz some people charge 30 for a 15 rupee drinking water.

Once you land on the main roads you'll also find a big tower which looks amazing at night.

Update: Lighting effect was discontinued Sashti onwards, after complaints from pilots that there was difficulty in flying the plane.
