I have very bad experience of this hotel.|1. Despite no smoking inside whole floor no 7 was full of smoke. On being told hotel staff said what to do conference people are not listening.|2. No toilet paper and worst was despite being called house keeping staff did not pick up the phone. Then receptionist came and brought half used role from other room.|3. I asked bar, which was open from all sides and chilly on a winter night , to give listed rum OLD MONK which was there one day before. But they said not available today. Then I said you may close the shop then , if you see stock in demand is running out and still do not arrange. I called manager and naturally he did not come. 5 staff could not serve one customer. |4. Today morning they listed Hing Kachauri as one of the items in breakfast, which was to be served at 7AM . I kept requesting why it is not being served. They said wait. I had to catch a flight so I left at 7.25 AM. Just when I was about to leave and stood up they said , now it is there. I couldn't wait for it as the result could have been to miss your flight.|5. Worst they do not come to clear and clean your room after room service. This happened with me on both nights 10th and 11th Dec.|Overall it is a useless place to go...
Read moreFirst this booking was done through Agoda and we have taken room with bathtub.||When we reach to the hotel the front desk team told us there is no bathtub available in whole hotel||Than i showed them through their official website that the bathtub was shown as ammenties the category of room we have taken. Than when we were with bell boy he told thay they have bath tub in suite category of room .. when the front office team lies got caught .. they told just upgrade your room and pay more.. but as per the booking we had taken room with bathtub .. so why we should pay extra in the first place.||Secondly i was with my wife and she had only front page cppy of addhar and i have given my id card as a proof .. we told the staff we will give you her backside photo after sometime kindly do the check-in .. but they said we will not allow you in the room . They have zero compassion ans courtesy towards the guest.||I would thank housekeeping team and service for their exceptional service to save our stay at hotel..apart from front office team room were cleaned and food was good. ||I think F&B manager and Hk manager should teach Front office team to have some...
Read moreIf you want to feel claustrophobic in your room after paying around 6K and want one of the worst room service experience only then they should be your choice else avoid at any cost. I checked in at around 8 pm since I have an early morning flight the next day and was jet lagged due to a 6-7 hrs flight. For no good reason around 10:25 pm after my family slept they rang the bell to deliver an order which wasn't ordered by us. When asked at reception if they can provide some luke warm water for my 2 year old child they responded by saying only if you pay, you shall receive and we can't offer filter/RO water for free.
Have stayed in many hotels which are 3/4/5 stars but this has been a pathetic experience for something where I will be staying for less than 10 hrs.
WON'T RECOMMEND.
