Chennai Square is one of the best outlets in Salt lake if you’re looking for Veg.south indian food that is delicious at the same time.😋😋

The outlet is located in Salt lake. The cafe’s ambience is good, they’ve nice comfy seats and an overall cozy feel to it. That being said it is not huge so expect some waiting if it is a busy time.💎

The service is more than extraordinary. Coming to food, we tried: Plain steamed idli,Rawa Masala dosa,chatpaitya disa,Cs idli fingers,cheese Curd rice platter. Everything i Loved it, the presentation was also superb to accompany.

The pricing here is quite decent when compared to other outlets and would be a definite recommendation from our side. Our final rating:

I am a regular customer of this place and solely use it for breakfast purposes. The regular three items we go for are - Signature Masala Dosa, Idli and Vada.

The packaging is superb. Food always came hot and fresh. They have lot of items in their menu but there is a lack of detail. For example, Plain Dosa and Signature Masala Dosa has same description so it is hard to identify the differences. I prefer a bit thicker bodied sambar but this is OK as well. The taste could have been better. I would have liked the Coconut Chutney to be served cold to soothe down the palette but it is of room temperature. But as I mentioned, as the overall quality, freshness, hygiene etc., I will always recommend...

the packaging is too good but the taste wise it didn't feel overwhelming or excellent. i expect a better taste after reading the reviews and ratings. However this can be a good option for vegetarians or who like South Indian food. I was actually looking for something unique and delicious but it seems it is disappointing a bit (only TASTEWISE) . Otherwise the special two types of coconut chutneys and SIGNATURE PANNIYARAM are unique. the sambhar was not to good. it needs to be better (TASTEWISE) . Lemon rice was good.
