Overall hotel rating is average as per my experience. If you need a hotel near Patna Junction Railway station then it will be good for you. Food are of average quality as i have taken dinner. Buffet breakfast of no use. Even if you ask for a glass of water then staff will ask you to self pickup the same from table. ||Menu was Puri / Vegetables & Sattu Paratha with Curd. Bread Butter and tea.||Tariff is high as per hotel infrastructure. ||Mosquito found inside room and when i asked for liquid mosquito repellent then they refuse of provide the same to me.||Old window AC was installed in room and there was no cooling.||Please note they are not allowing you to early check in before 11 am. Check in time is 12 noon. This is a very major issue in Patna. Early or sun rise check inn not available in this hotel.||Exhaust fan not available in washroom. No looking glass available in room. THE HOTEL DOESN'T GIVE GOOD VIBE, DOESN'T FEEL SAFE FOR FAMILY OR WOMEN. THE ROOM WAS SMALL SIZE. THE ROOMS WERE NOT CLEAN, THE LINEN WAS DIRTY AS WELL AS TORN AND NO CONTROL OVER TV (YOU CANT EVEN SWITCH IT OFF AND CAN'T CHANGE THE CHANNEL AS WELL). THE AC WAS NOT WORKING. THE BATHROOM WAS OK-OK SIZED BUT THE TOILET SEAT WAS BROKEN. THE STAFF BEHAVIOUR WAS NOT GOOD. FOOD WAS OK-OK. I booked online for the room with king sized bed for which I paid quit high, only to find out that they don't have any king sized bed in any available rooms. This is 2nd time I stayed in this hotel. This time room given to me was at 3rd floor which is little better from 1st visit. Toiletries items given in pack which was good quality. Food quality is good. Buffet breakfast improve but same item repeated every alternate day. ||Location is good but major auto driver will drop in Junction opposite side of hotel and you need to buy a platform ticket and cross the foot over bridge.||Check in time before 12 pm depend on availability so it is better if your travelling with family then please talk to hotel well in advance and take confirmation from hotel not Oyo.||WiFi speed...
