manager here is so pathetic. after booking the room i reached at night . i was too tired and also had exam in the next morning and then he started saying why he should give his room for 500 whose cost is 800. then he started explaining about someone stry that some guy just lost extra money and blah blah bcz he cancelled ..... it was 12 o clock at night. i got that he is just using oyo to get the customers and then he just negotiate with them to get extra money. point is if such hotel doesnt want to give at the cost of oyo then they are collobarating with oyo. People like these are the reasons oyo is not gaining much attention...

Oyo and booking.com are running fraud multimillionaires company..Oyo is a total fraud. First I was denied room at the price that these booking sites show. I was harassed and demanded for extra money for giving the hotel keys. Then the room was amenities such pillow and bedsheets were not at all clean. Luckily oyo customer care helped me out. But there is no coordination between the oyo and the hotel staffs, oyo doesn't scrutinize the facilities that the hotels claim to provide. nI was compelled to sleep with bugs the whole night. Patna worst hotel very Staffs are very unprofessional, Furniture's are not good, cleanliness not maintained and services are not good, you have to keep outside even booked for 2 day because in day time they will provide rooms to other couple for 2 hours and you have to sit outside at reception, Receptionist will ask housekeeper to serve Tea to Persons waiting for room allotment outside but housekeeper will not give value to this, he will order receptionist to bring milk...
