Hotel Landmark Chandigarh — Hotel in Chandigarh

OYO has got serious issues with its booking portal. I booked the Landmark hotel at 22C, Chandigarh and paid the amount before check-in to ensure my stay is confirmed. After reaching the hotel, I was denied check-in by the hotel and was asked by the hotel reception person to call OYO helpline as hotel will get less amount than the amount paid by me. It was clearly a dispute between Hotel and OYO. I had to call OYO helpline for an hour and no help was received. I then escalated the issue on Twitter. I got the room after waiting for nearly 3 hours (after warning them to lodge a cheating case against both the parties at local police station). First of all, the price paid to this hotel was costly compared to other hotels of this category in Chandigarh and service provided by them.

Yo will have to pay car parking per 4 hour basis if you come to this hotel by your own vehicle. So be prepared to pay car parking fee even after paying huge room rent.

While you are sleeping, your room will be suddenly start to shake with huge noise. Reason is not earth quake but their noisy generator which will vibrate the whole room and is so much louder that u can't sleep.

No dental kit provided. Bring your own tooth paste if booking this hotel else they will charge you Rs20 for Rs10 colgate.

Beware if you order tea, as it is too sweet that any diabetic patient will have their last day.

It was an amazing experience to stay in this hotel. The service provided by this hotel is of next level. All the staff members were quite supportive and cordial in the approach. The hotel is in prime location having aesthetic and scenic location. The room was decorated very well. There is proper sequence of every thing in the room ranging from laying of chairs, sofas pillows and other things . The washroom is very well cleaned. I was moved by the attitude and approach of the manager of the hotel who was ready to help at every nook and corner and truly exhibited his professional acumen having a sober personality.
