Capital O Hotel Perfect Inn — Hotel in Dadri

My last experience was very worst with Oyo capital-O class property, Even Oyo executive were not fond of for me, it was like they were helpless and they can’t do anything best for Oyo customer, I tried as my best to contact with team and connected with so many time but I didn’t get any solution for me, 4 time I canceled my booking just for safety propose it seems like slum area’s and I booked my property on call through Oyo executive although executive knew that I was with female partner. The 2nd hotel deny for early check-in , he ask me to pay more amount although I already said to Oyo executive for book early check-in (10:00 AM), hotel staff also was rude for me and I had no option and trying to find best solution and again call Oyo customer support, they again booed property for me I visited there with my partner, property was unhygienic, Room was like - high class smoking zone, room was not cleaned, dirty washroom but I had no option because I was in unknown city with female partner and we already walked 2-3 hours just because we were changing property again and again and we tiered as well overnight journey and I reached Noida, that’s why I stayed there and at last when I asked for meal it was totally paid although executive said that one time meal and breakfast is complimentary. Oyo services is going bed now days it is not like it was before and call support also not...

"Beware of The Most Pathetic and Scammer Hotel". They will take your booking and not even open the hotel gates for you and when you call the hotel, they will take your booking ID and will check you in but won't let you in their stay.

I have booked 4 rooms at this hotel for a night stay from 4th Nov'22 to 5th Nov'22 as my family visited Noida for urgent medical reasons. The booking was from OYO and was pre-paid and was confirmed.

The location shared by OYO directed me to a barren land nearly 7-10km away and the number shared was a wrong number.

I googled the direction to this hotel. Once reached, there was no such branding of OYO or the hotel and the door was locked. For like 45 mins we kept on ringing the door bell and knocking the gate, no one came to open. I called the number provided in Google, the person on the other side said he is from OYO and took my booking ID to confirm the details of stay. After 5mins of hold he said that you should book a room 2-3 days prior and cut the call and switches off his phone.

I knocked and knocked the door, rang the door bell for soo long no one came. I called the OYO customer care number, they said "As per the System, You are Checked In". It was soo pathetic what they do to their guests.

We were here with our whole family..for my brother's wedding..and booked almost all the rooms... Initially what was promised was not served in terms of food and beverages...no quality was there...Even the food was coming from somewhere else out of hotel...and they dont care even if your guests didnt get serve with any dish..they straightly says that the food os finished so you can take the remaining part , whichever is left...Also after requesting them specially for without chilli food for children ,they didnt serve anything..due to which child remained empty stomach...I would request anyone who is planning to come here..and getting food from them..this will be worst idea for you...just stay there and order from any good nearby restaurant.. Also they dont serve any water.. Even after asking so many times..owner and management u must consider ur food and...
