I am sure that after reading this review you will definitely indulge your taste buds in some sumptuous treat of Bengali Mishti. Bengalis without mishti and machli is unimaginable.. Just on a lighter note :) and the mishti or sweets they prepare is a signature treat. SONDESH, Chenapai, Nolin Gur, Rosogullas, Doodh puli, Kaccha gulla, Kheer kadam are just some names which can make a person crazy if he loves sweets. Chittaranjan Park in New Delhi is like a mini Kolkata or Bengal where one can find authentic food items, puja items, saree and dress material and when it comes to Bengali Sweets in whole CR Park Market then i would recommend only and only KAMALA SWEETS. As the name suggest so as the product. Kamala represents Laxmi the Goddess of fortune and the sweets sold in this legendry shop is next to divinity. I am saying this after visiting them regularly in last 6 years. They are in this business since 1984 with no other branches they call themselves as the SWEETSMITH and truly so since they apply art, heart and passion to their products. Let me share few things why i like them so much : #Ication is easy to get - K1-101, CR PARK at the main signal and easy to notice #maximum variety of SONDESH sold by any other sweet shop in the vicinity, mango flavour litchi flavour, kesar flavour, chocolate etc. Mango is my favourite #Authentic taste of the sweets, rich with no compromise on the quality quantity and size #Doodhpooli is worthy and they are famous for Rosogullas. #Durga winters i go there almost every alternate days to enjoy Rosogullas made of Gur or Jaggery. I can guarantee that in the whole NCR they have the best GUR ROSOGULLAS as i am a fan of it and would have tried atleast at 15 different places but have only liked the Gur Rosogullas of KAMALA sweets. #Fair and transparent billing and weight #one can order from them on Zomato as well Last but not not the least the friendly and simple behaviour of the staff working here who has been working here since long time. So next time you are in CR PARK do try it to believe my words. Please like my review if you have found it informative and interesting, this would send your love and encouragement....
