Hotel Comfort Zone — Hotel in Delhi

The hotel can easily qualify as a 3* hotel, would give it 3.5 stars on Google. Read some older reviews before booking this place - found issues like window AC, noise from ongoing construction, impolite staff, etc. - didn't find any of those during my stay except the occasional construction work part. Stayed in a room with proper split AC & twin bed, big enough for 2 persons. (See my videos of this place on Google Maps & decide for yourself.) The staff have definitely worked on their etiquettes, I'd say they've rather went a bit overboard with their friendliness. Service is quick & the breakfast buffet has 6-7 options, better than most hotels nearby. Food is costly though. Running hot water isn't available round the clock but the hotel will switch on the boiler on request. GK metro station (gate 3) is only about 100 meters from here. It's a couple-friendly hotel, cleanliness is satisfactory, hotel infrastructure is old but ambience is decent, parking is by the roadside. I stayed here for 1day. I went for some work giving the key to the reception. When I came back, I noticed someone entered the room after I left. When I complained this in reception, instead of apolozising, they started arguing. As per them it's normal to visit the rooms. Their point was if u have not lost any item why are you complaining. It was not even for cleaning. After I dragged it far and went to talk to the manager or may be the owner, to stop me they said okay fine, sorry. I just don't recommend this to anybody. I made a reservation for La Residemza hotel, when I got here they changed me to this hotel, stayed here 2 nights in room 108 terrible place, unclean, mosquitos, tv doesn't work and the room is on a back balcony with garbage and a water leak right in front of the door, the staff wanted to take cash, and overcharge on top of the place being already overpriced They said breakfast was included and while we were eating a staff said in front of everyone we needed to pay for breakfast The bedsheets were not fresh and they were supposed to changed us to another room and they never did Don't stay...
