Red Moon Bakery — Restaurant in Delhi

So after all the hype I went to this bakery n took my son along......first up it’s hard to find unless u using google maps and even after u find the place u have to look for it as to where the entrance is to the bakery. Doesn’t look like a bakery from outside OR inside. There was no one at the cash register....just a small dry showcase and it had some cookies pre packed. After about 30-40 seconds some girl showed up, I said I ve heard lot about your bakery and wud like to buy some bagels to which she said “Sir we don’t make any kind of bread unless it’s pre ordered in advance”. I thanked her and me and my son walked out. So much for the “best Canadian bakery in town”. Plz don’t waste ur time and money on this one.

If you are a delivery service only then u should specify this on your site so ppl don’t end up wasting their time like I did. This information wud have been real handy before. I thank you for a free bag of bagels but may be some other time I already got them from another shop in Hauz Khas because I promised my son bagel today I had to find it somewhere. Good luck with...

I'd start by saying that I have been a big fan of their treats - especially their mini carrot cupcakes that were a hit at my wedding 4 years back. Going by my experience, I wanted to place an order for another special day and booked almost a week in advance. HOWEVER, on the day of the delivery I'm told that my order was never conveyed to the chef and how it could come the next day. This was highly unprofessional and disappointing. I was left in the lurch and now I'm scrambling to make arrangements. The taste and product quality is something I keep going back to RMB but their delivery is going from bad to worse. And to top it if I am given wrong information then that's not cool. The delivery was to arrive between 2-3 pm however arrived at 6:00. When I was chasing the delivery, I was told by a gentleman that delivery left around 1:45-2:00 pm and was getting calls from other customers too who were chasing the delivery. Sorry to say this but the delivery driver said that he left the premises between 4:40-4:45 pm. My cake message has been missed by them.... Logistics is not...
