OYO 4882 Hotel Golden Park — Hotel in Delhi

Not great value for money and in a very noisy location. We stayed here for one night out of necessity before our flight from Delhi. The linen wasn't particularly clean (I had to request a top sheet so we didn't have to wrap ourselves in the dirty fleecy unwashed blanket provided). Breakfast was listed as included but when we enquired about it, there was nowhere to eat it other than in the room, and with an early departure the next morning we chose to skip it. The (very weak hot) shower had a glass door/screen, but no sealant so the bathroom floor flooded with inadequate drainage. The staff, although perfectly nice, we're very young and not particularly engaging. They were also talking/laughing loudly at the reception directly outside our room until around midnight. The property is average & worth a stay only for a day.|I would recommend this place only to those who have a layover/connecting flight to another destination (connecting time flight wait time of more than 12 hours). The distance from the airports is only about 4 kms and a 20 mins drive... so if you are looking to save time then you can think about it.|I would request the management to tackle the mosquito menace. I am very diaappointed with oyo 4882 golden park, sector 7, dwarka hotel services. I made booking by 03rd of feb 2020 by late night after 12 approx 03 o clock mid night. In the mean time when i pay amount and call to hotel staff . They directly denied to check in. If oyo take booking in midnight and hotel work with oyo standard then why they are not giving services after deduct the amount. Due to that irrisponsible behavior i spend my whole night in my office.
