Flagship Welcome Hotel Near Dlf Avenue Saket — Hotel in Delhi

I had a very bad experience with them. I went to them at 12 o'clock at night. They took my ID and started asking me to give them Rs. 2360, but when I booked, it was Rs. 1360. ਤੇਰੇ They asked me to tell them my booking ID and name. When I told them my name and booking ID, they immediately logged me out of their system. The amount was increased, due to which the app also started showing Rs. 2360 instead of Rs. 1360 at the same time.Humanity has completely disappeared among them and they are the ultimate frauds. Please close their hotel. And all the people who work in it should be punished severely. I even went to the small police post in front of Malvinagar and told them, but they didn't pay any attention to what I said.Strictest action should be taken against them. This hotel should be closed down soon. I cried on the roads for four hours last night because of them. I could not get a stay in any hotel. WORST HOTEL EVER PLS READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN .. it's fake Oyo do not ever book this one. They just want customers from Oyo. On arrival they will deny your booking and ask to pay extra for a room. Even if you complaint to Oyo support team they clearly say they never recieved the booking, however I saw the booking in their system as well but they keep on lying to Oyo support team and was not ready to provide any room from Oyo. As per my personal experience I would suggest you all not to book this fake hotel the staff is even so illiterate don't know how to talk with their guest as well. BEWARE OF THIS FAKE...

Beware of this hotel first they will ask you for extra payment if you deny, they will start fighting with you and you are with your family. You can’t do anything after that. You will pay that extra amount. They will give you a room and start recording on that room.
