Giani ice cream — Restaurant in Delhi

Ordered Giani’s ice cream from Swiggy…packaging was good and also they provided complementary waffle cones.. Belgian chocolate was super yum and delicious 😋 👍🏻 Kesar pista flavour was also good. However didn’t like sugar free giani’s special..👎🏻 Also ordered litchi flavour icecream, but the store guy called to inform that it was not available and we can choose some other flavour..then ordered mango flavour which was also ok….suggest you to mark those ice creams in the menu as unavailable or out of stock.. All time favorite outlets as a local dessert stop. Rate have been increased to premium but the quality /quantity remains the same. If you are new and ice cream lover you should try it's best and yummy favours . I visit the place onces every month and it serves well for the night time. Pathetic delivery, arrogant delivery boy and worst staff ie Mr.Chandan. we use to order regular ice cream from this counter but from past few days there services are on poor level. Whenever we order everyone now they are sending melted ice cream n when you call n complain they say " AISE HI AATI HAI GARMI MEIN". DONT KNOW WHAT KIND OF STAFF YOU HAVE NOW.
