Moti Sweets मोती स्वीट्स — Restaurant in Delhi

Moti Sweets has two parts, one is restaurant and sweets and the other one is Bakers. I'm talking about the Bakers one. My wife ordered a half birthday cake in daytime and in evening, I went there to collect the cake. When I saw the cake, it was like made by some stupid worker who doesn't even know the basic of cake. It was not in proper shape. An another worker wrote the given message of happy birthday on the cake. His writing was like a KG student, every character was in different size n shape. Even few spelling was also wrong despite given the message in a white paper with clear handwriting. I do not wanted to spoil my mood as it was the last moment of celebration and I had no time to wait and replace the cake, so I took them. At that time, I decided that I'll definitely put the review about my experience so that in future, their owner who sits in a hot seat to collect the cash, will never spoil the mood of any other customers. In short, this shop is running by most disgusting owner and...

I would rather suggest to get sweets either from Haldirams or Bikanerwala as they’ve better quality and standards. Also, I felt that Moti Sweets is overpriced.

I ordered one Rasmalai initially to taste and then 8 more for take-away. I asked for extra bowls to which he denied the plastic bowls and said that he can’t because they’re expensive and they can only give paper bowls. That too was acceptable but it was a little rude.

Also, the man behind the counter (in the picture) is rude.

I ordered Gajar ka halwa as well but appeared to be stale and was kept cold, they warmed it in the microwave and gave it to me which was unconditional.

Also, I was asked to order a minimum quantity of 100 grams because they didn’t have the policy of satiating...

One of the Best Shop of Delhi ..and having the best staff any shop can have.. There sweets, snacks all is Yum😋.. I have ordered 70 Boxes of snacks and sweets in it for a farewell in Sri Aurobindo College. Each and everyone in my college just loved it ..! I forgot to take my bill , which was generated at that time.. but I didn't take it as I was in a rush. Later on , when my college asked me for the GST Bill..which I didn't had on the name of college - These guys from Moti Bakers solved this issue within 2 days..and gave me another proper GST Bill on the name of my College🥹🥳 I heartly Thank to #MotiSweets and especially its owner and the staff ..who understood my problem & helped me❤️..
