During my recent visit to Delhi, I had the pleasure of staying at Home@F37 Hotel, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish!

I want to start by mentioning the exceptional service provided by Akhilesh, one of the hotel staff members. From the moment I arrived, Akhilesh went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attentive and friendly demeanor made me feel truly valued as a guest.

Due to an issue with my Agoda booking, I encountered a minor inconvenience. However, Akhilesh promptly and efficiently resolved the matter, displaying professionalism and a genuine willingness to assist. As a gesture of goodwill, the hotel offered me a complimentary breakfast, which turned out to be a delightful culinary experience.

The breakfast spread at Home@F37 Hotel was extensive, featuring a wide variety of delicious dishes, both local and international. It was a generous gesture that showcased the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Each morning, I enjoyed a delectable meal that provided the perfect start to my day.

The room size at Home@F37 Hotel was spacious and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful sanctuary amidst the bustling city. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for guests.

The provision of an air purifier in the room was a thoughtful touch, ensuring a clean and refreshing atmosphere throughout my stay.

This hotel took my India experience to another level! To start, the location is really good and easy to reach. Vicinity is safe and quiet and it’s easy to find ATMs, pharmacies, restaurants, taxis and metro stations. Mr. Akhilesh was very kind and provided us the best support during our 5 nights stay. He gave us the best room in the ground floor which made easier to transport the luggages (we had 4 big ones). I stayed in india for 3 weeks and the fact that the hotel offers a laundry service was crucial. I could get my clothes clean and ready within less than 24h even though it was winter time. The room was really spacious and with a small living room which made it very comfortable. Mr. Akhilesh helped us arranging a private taxi service for a day trip to Agra with a very good price. The car was super clean and comfortable, the driver was very kind and careful and took us to all the places we requested. In addition, he took us to restaurants throughout the day for quick breaks and the choices were really good! Breakfast although it’s simple, the food is clean and d fresh and upon request they can make you omelette, sandwiches, coffee, chai and other options. It was a great deal! I recently stayed at this boutique hotel for three nights and had a pleasant overall experience. The location is highly convenient—Kailash Colony metro station is just a short walk away, with easy access to main roads and local transportation. Within walking distance, one can find several eateries, a pharmacy, a clinic, and a super bazaar, making it ideal for both short and extended stays.

The hotel is well-managed, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable, contributing to restful nights. The in-house restaurant, though compact, offers a decent breakfast spread. While the variety is limited, the food was flavorful and satisfying.

There are a few areas where the hotel could consider improvements:

The mini fridge in the room was not cooling effectively and tended to heat up.

Room size is modest, and on occasion, there was a slight odor—perhaps a timed mist or air freshener could help.

Only one bottle of water was provided per day; offering at least two would be more accommodating.
