Titled in 1757, uncultured or uncivilised when the company rule effectively came to India under queen Elizabeth’s royal charter, by East India Company , the indians were under direct control of british raj. Assumed to be uncouth, uneducated, barbarians and uncivilised according to their standard of living, they crowned themselves to be the first world mates superior and in command to debar orders. But what was left unnoticed in their domineering was, the unsuspecting, hardworking, raw, innocent, ingenious people willing to serve their “athiti”(guests) for a better life in anticipation of progression. Called out as Uncultured cafe and bar, sitting on the terrace and rooftop is a peerless example of being a proud “uncultured” yet civilised cultured space, raw, indigenous with sedulous personnel. Spanning over relatably acceptable cuisines like chinese, Italian, Mediterranean, lebanese, continental and Indian they’ve yet again proved the hospitable nature of India and most importantly indians. Onsetting my luncheon were the favourites of 90’s kids, assorted fryums. The plan was smoothly laid out of drifting me away from the world around into their arms. And the initial round was played by the vegan pawns. Saporous dahi ke kebabs with a hint of sweetness coming from the raisins was contrasted by the spicy vegetable cigar rolls. And however modern we’ll be our roots are as grounded, porous, flexible and clear as the flavours of the dhokla chaat with chatpati saunth and firey mint sauce. My side of the game was pretty clear, as all my pawns(taste buds, senses etc) were strategically taken down, and the check-mate teasing started with some carnivore rooks. The phuket fish flabbergasted me with its screaming fragrance, outspoken spicy and tangy flavours, whereas our bengal kasundi machchi tikka calmly with “nazakat” resided in my heart. But those royal, flirtatious Mughalai mutton seekh’s conquered me with their blue blooded depths of condiments that came with malabar parantha. Finally the teasing came to an end and my queen surrendered when the classic banoffee pie in a jar, layered turn by turn with cookie crumbs, chocolate sauce & whipped cream and hot, melting mud cake with toffee sauce and vanilla approached me.

Occupying the 2nd and 3rd floor with an additional terrace space. This place is really gorgeous. Food ~ We started with CHILLI CHICKEN and in main course we were served with VEG BIRYANI. Chilly chicken was really very savoury. Chicken was very juicy the spices added were just right and met my expectations. It wasn't too spicy neither to bland. The fried onions and capsicum complimented it. Veg Biryani was a mouth pleaser as well as it's ample quantity satsified my hunger. Served in handi it had cauliflower, pees and green chillies with a bowl of curd with a tinch of black pepper and chilly powder. All this added upto a very lucious dish. Shake- We had CHOCLATE MINT. This is the recommended drink in their menu. So do have it for sure. Not too minty just with essence of mint. It wasn't very sugary but refreshing with the right amount of thickness. Place - I have been to many cafe and this one of the few which blew my brains off. A very romantic seating with a dual tone red and blue sofa's. It's perfect for shootouts. Price- For the location it is in . It's priced just right.

UNCULTURED Cafe and bar is located in KAILASH COLONY showcase. They have two floors and the good thing is they have host live music also. Exceptionally on the off chance that you are a Butter Chicken fan, you get an insane assortment of spread chicken dishes here. Nourishment, hookah and beverages all are astounding. Spicy chicken and chive dim sums - these were chicken minced red chillies wrapped dumplings and tasted super luscious. Prawn and shroom dumplings-These were open confronted prawn dumplings and contained minced prawns and dark bean. They were served alongside cook sesame plunging. Choco jumbo brownie - It was made with a wicked treat mixture, oreo dust, Chocolate fudge. Pounded blended nuts were there on the best. It was somewhat hard to bite however the chocolaty taste was in fact extremely amazing Food - 5/5 Ambience - 4.5/5 Service - 5/5 Presentation - 5/5 Overall - 4.5/5 All things considered, I had an incredible time at this cafe and was entirely happy with the food and the staff

First of all, the rates they quote are higher than market prices. Therefore do check out other resto-bars before them! There is nothing unique that they offer!

Secondly, while taking a reservation, their manager, Amit, shall quote you an overall inclusive amount (net of taxes). But when you are checking out from your party, he shall demand an all cash payment, and shall not accept online payment. They will levy over you additional charges in the form of GST, Service Tax and VAT, if you're paying through UPI while settling the bill, which is against the terms he has agreed upon at the time of booking. This shall leave you helpless at the end moment. Therefore the best you can do is to remember to take a GST Invoice from them while checking out from their bar. They will also try to pressurise you with their own men dressed up as police personnel, hammering upon you to settle the bill ASAP and leave the bar due to timing constraints, but the catch is, neither of them will know a single inch about the law. So do not get intimidated by them and do stand by your own rights. Take the bill, make the payment and DO NOT pay them in cash. Any cash payment just goes down their pockets in the name of taxes.

It was the first time we hosted an event with them. Never returning again! Total Fraudsters! They took over an hour to generate a single authentic invoice after demanding extra payment...... Also,

Dear Amit, it sucks to be doing what you do! Best of luck in the future with your karma returning...

It was a damn bad experience from my side. I have visited to this place for the very first time and the drink that I ordered. I Got a very different drink. So when I complained the Maneger about the drink, he was showing me tantrums, and he was so rude to me. He was telling me that I will not gonna change the drink. It was so disappointing for me. the ambience was quite okay, but the food was also not worth it. How I expected. It was not like that, and specially the Maneger with the name of Amit, he was so rude to me Very rude like anything when I asked him to give me any alternative of that drink, he said we will not gonna give you any alternative, not even we’ll gonna change the drink for you, so it was a very bad experience all over for me. The bill was somewhere around 7000 or 8000, but truly, I’m giving you the review Do not go to this place, specially the manager Amit. He was very rude and it was not helpful for me at all very much disappointing. My money is wasted, specially my time. It was my friends birthday, but again let me tell you. Don’t waste your time and energy and your special moments at this place, the manager everything was renewed by him. There is a way of talking to the customer and dealing to the customer. There should be a body language, how to speak to the customer that manager Amit, he don’t know that at all, very...
