Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Delhi

I recently visited a Cafe Coffee Day outlet and was extremely disappointed by the experience. Initially, the ambiance was comfortable, but after a short while, the air conditioning was deliberately turned off. It quickly became stuffy and uncomfortable, clearly discouraging customers from staying longer.

It’s frustrating to see such tactics being used to keep the café empty or push customers out. A café should be a welcoming place where people can relax, work, or catch up with friends—not somewhere that becomes unpleasant after just a few minutes.

If the goal is to offer a premium coffee experience, basic amenities like proper ventilation and a comfortable environment must be non-negotiable. I hope CCD management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that customers are treated with respect rather than being subtly pushed out.

Worst!!! i went with my friends for a study session, the coffee didn’t tasted like coffee, the latte tasted like cheap coffee, the vietnamese coffee was too sweet ( the person who worked there, didn’t cooperate properly for making my coffee less sweet), we took sandwich & it was too stale, no taste nothing!!! I orded double decker chicken sandwich it was soo dry, chicken was very less & it costed around 320₹ which is not cheap according to me, one my friend took summer guava cooler & half of the drink was only ice. Humble request please You should probably change the staff or something because CCD is not cheap man, & if ypi serve these kind of food with huge coast, it is not less than...

Cafe Coffee day has special place in my heart it will be forever I used to go in Sambhajinagar and Pune for CCD I wish CCD will restart I neva visited star bucks I want CCD back to normal I dnt know why but I feel s that.... smile 😁😊my heart says CCD will start doing magic after my this review and it will be strong coplititor to Starbucks....I didn't visit I can feel it it's nice I used to spend 100 rs for a coffee I miss those college days nd that CCD too .... without any boy freind all that stuff being single happiest days .... wish u best of Luck CCD team...may God bring all whatever has been taken...
