Hotel Dream Stay — Hotel in Delhi

Never ever gonna book any remotely stay related service from this useless app firstly i booked a hotel, on arrival the hotel staff said "the ownership has been changed and your booking is invalid to us" like how low the customer will go through to live a decent place and this app is simply mocking every person is the name of one hour stand. I remotely regret saying this in this language but this is how oyo is just a one night stand hotel booking third party and good for nothing because normal people can't find the booked hotel let alone stay.Shame on you oyo shame!. On booking a different hotel on arrival the hotel reception asked for more money by saying "app shows less money we can't do anything" and the hotel quality is so cheap so cheap i barely feel like vomiting here let alone stay, Worst possible encounter of the gruesome room ever and despite complaining the customer care they provided me by saying we deeply regret your experience, like what will i do with you regretting? Are you paying for my hotel ???no right so atleast do something resolving enough. No just holding up and god knows what the idiots are doing. Then they came up with some different hotel saying "sir i assure you this is 110% the best hotel nearby" and then again i paid some amount for booking mistakes after mistake i did on my part but is this how a globally recognised 3rd party app should showed its true Nature. Still they shared me the contact details of last hotel i paid for booking on calling the hotel they said this hotel is much farther than the current hotel like what should i do even now? Give up every money i have and still live on roads like a beggar? This app should be long gone praying for its removal as soon as possible 🤢. Worst hotel ever , my check in should arround 12:00 pm but they gave me room at 12:35 saying that it getting ready we are cleaning it , then when got inside the room , nobody has cleaned it at bedsheets were not changed , washroom was not clean ,ac was not working ,then i asked for another room then they made me wait for 2hrs gave another room at 2:30pm . And that room was also dirty not at all clean in washroom spots were there of tabacco , cigarettes peaces were there, and i could hear mouse on the fall celling it was like the mice can break the celling . In the day time there was sillence i could hear the owner /receptionist screaming all the time . And the worst part was that at night arround 1:30 am the hotel staff starting banging the door maam please open the this room was aloted to someother guest , and I requested the that please let me sleep its 1:30am they started banging my door again and again , they said if you will not open the door we will break the lock and I am a female at 1:30 am in the night the staff was misbehaving with they asked me to change the room. That room was also not clean , I was praying to god please god subah ho jaldi aur mai yaha se jau . It was completely unsafe . Not even for males . I would not recommend any one specially a female to visit this place it was my worst experience . They also took extra money from me I booked this room from oyo services , I complained about this to their team but they haven't not takken any action on it . I am going to boycott oyo...

The rates are fine but rooms need renovation very much. I have stayed here 3 times now and at first I liked it very much but then my expwrience started to shiver. There are no TV in any of the rooms and last time I visited they gave me room which was black in colour because the walls were not painted for centuries. The washroom was all broken and flush not operable at all. Then they shifted us in other room and I had requested for a room with TV but this one didint had it either. Though this room was a lot better than previous one but still they need to spend some money and renovate the entire hotel. Increase ur prices by some amount but atleast make a place...
