Today's visit to Bobby Tikki Wala left me utterly disappointed. Being a fan of their delicious tikki, I was excited to indulge, but alas, it turned out to be a terrible experience. I ordered two plates of tikki. However, things took a turn for the worse when I requested a box to carry the leftovers. Instead of providing a properly covered box, they handed me a flimsy one without a lid.
Upon asking for a cover, I was directed to an uncle sitting nearby. When I approached him, he offered me a flimsy foil, which I knew wouldn't suffice to protect the tikki, especially since I was on a scooter. Politely, I inquired if there were proper plastic covers available, to which he rudely retorted that they don't pack leftover food.
I tried explaining that I wasn't asking for a fake cover, but a genuine one to ensure the tikki stayed intact. However, he dismissed my concerns and even threw the foil down, insisting I take it or leave it. Despite my attempts to reason with him politely, his attitude remained hostile.
It's disheartening to witness such lack of customer service, especially when one is spending their hard-earned money. If they expect customers to refrain from wasting food by taking it home, they should at least provide proper packaging options. It's not too much to ask for, considering the prices they charge.
So at last itna paise kama rhe ho yrr box ke sth cover bhi khareed lo uska zyada mehnga nhi aaega.
To the management of Bobby Tikki Wala, I urge you to instill better training and etiquette among your staff. Rudeness and indifference have no place in the hospitality industry. And to the uncle at the gate, a little courtesy and empathy go a long way. Take a chill pill and perhaps sip on some ice tea to cool down those hot tempers.
Terrible experience ever. Naam...

U have to stand while eating, no matter how tired u r. Plus it's not a very healthy habits. Unhygienic place...d floor is all dirty, there r tons of flies where the workers r cutting their veggies and grinding the cheese or other stuff because they r doing it outside d shop, they should do it in the kitchen. And the containers r extremely dirty. So we r paying 90 bucks for d tikki which is prepared in d same manner like the road side stall. The staff and the owner r very rude. They might ignore u. Kept u waiting, or not to choose to ans your queries anytime they want. This is not d way one should treat their customers. While 'take away', the plastic spoons and plates r not include in their packing. If you asked for it they'll give them to you otherwise not. I guess they are important part of the packaging.
I hope they would improve the customer service and resolve...
