I recently had the pleasure of dining at Verandah Moonshine (Preet Vihar) and I must say it was a delightful experience.

● Service: The service here is exceptional. The staff is not only polite and helpful but also incredibly attentive and quick to respond. A special shoutout to Mr. Prem, whose dedication and professionalism made our visit even more enjoyable. The manager, Mr. Mayank, runs a tight ship and ensures everything operates smoothly.

● Ambience: The ambience is both beautiful and classy, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Whether you choose to sit inside or on the rooftop, you’ll find both options convenient and spacious, perfect for a relaxed dining experience.

● Food: We tried a variety of dishes, including Pizza (Veg. & Non-Veg), Spring Roll, Pasta, Garlic Bread with Cheese, Sliders (Veg. & Non-Veg), Chicken Tikka, Paneer Tikka, Dal Tadka, Rara Chicken, Tandoori Roti, and Garlic Naan. Each dish was prepared to perfection, with fresh ingredients and rich flavors.

● Beverages: The beverage selection is simply good! There’s a variety of options to choose from, each complementing the food perfectly.

In conclusion, it is a fantastic spot for a great dining experience. With excellent service, a charming ambience, delicious food, and convenient amenities. It’s a place I’d highly recommend.

Visited Verandah Moonshine (Preet Vihar) recently, and it turned out to be a pleasant dining experience overall. The place offers a good combination of flavors, ambiance, and hospitality that makes it worth a visit.

Pros:

● Manager: A special mention to Mr. Ajay for his warm hospitality and excellent management. He was courteous and ensured everything was well-organized.

● Food:

We tried a variety of dishes, and most of them stood out in terms of flavor and presentation:

● Bullet Chilli Fried Noodle (Veg) ● Garden Fresh Pizza ● High Flamed Wok Tossed Fried Rice (Veg) ● Penne Arrabiata Pasta (Veg) ● Spring Rolls (Though we had ordered Pepper, Corn & Cheese, which was out of stock, the alternative provided was equally good) ● Yellow Dal Tadka ● Tandoori Butter Roti & Garlic Naan

Each dish had its own unique taste and was served hot and fresh.

● Beverages:

● Moonshine Virgin Mojito: Refreshing and well-balanced.

● Cold Coffee blended with Vanilla Ice Cream: Smooth, creamy, and a treat for coffee lovers.

● Ambience: The restaurant has a lovely vibe cozy, elegant, and perfect for both casual outings and special occasions. The lighting, decor, and overall aesthetic added to the overall dining experience.

● Parking: A big plus in a busy locality like Preet Vihar. Smooth and hassle-free parking experience.

● Hospitality by Service Staff and Head Chef: The service was prompt, warm, and professional. Kudos to the service team and the Head Chef for making the experience enjoyable. The staff was attentive and made us feel well taken care of throughout.

Cons:

● Chilli Paneer Gravy: The gravy was flavorful, but the quality of the paneer could have been better.

● Signature Hummus & Pita: Didn’t quite meet expectations in terms of taste and texture.

Urgent Attention Required - Zero star for Manager behaviour . Attitude is what matters.

Be cautious before going to this restaurant where you will be welcomed with Hair in food which might cause health issue too.

This might happen with your family, child , your old age parents , with your loved ones or might be with your potential partner.

Problem Hair Hair and Hair ( yes you are thinking right in hindi we called as Baal ) was found in the Butter Naan. Attached photos. One of the Naan piece he took to the kitchen and from other piece of naan I took Hair (baal )and put it in plate. Check pictures.

After i had raised this to the manager ( name he called out as Mayank). He took this incident very lightly and not giving Food register to write the complaint and informed that we don't have it - you can write it online.

His Attitude towards dealing with this situation was very rude as in he didn't even apologize for this bad event faced by us today. It looks like this is the normal incident. Day in and day out they face such situation.

My recommendation:: If you want to reach new heights then change the manager as well as sensitize the back up chef's team to take precautionary measure.

To all customer’s - If you will be at my place in this situation ??? Will you settle the bill. I did it with service charge however he has not added one of the Naan amount in it.

Is this quality food you want for the price you pay for..??

I recently went to Tesoro Mio - Preet vihar after buying a deal from dineout which said 50% on the entire bill. We booked the table for 10 pm and reached there 5 minutes earlier to avoid any hassles. Just as we sat down to have a good time, the owner approached us (the lady), and started questioning about our coupon (where did we buy it from, which deal, etc.). We gave her all the details, she went inside with one of the waiters taking my phone wid her and few minutes later she came out and said sorry you can't claim this deal. When we asked for reason, she started shouting on us and said if we want to claim this deal you have to sit separately (me and my husband). Now this was really pathetic on her part. Even then we calmly tried asking her what is the way out so that we can together have dinner and claim this deal, she rudely said "I don't know that's not my problem. You can have dinner here and pay the full amount". That's when we decided to leave. It was such a horrible experience of my life. I have never seen any hospitality person behaving so rudely with customers. I wonder how she is running a cafe at all, she has got zero manners, zero understanding, zero patience level. I would urge everyone to not go to this place if you do not want to...
