Hotel Golden Oasis Delhi — Hotel in Delhi

It is a nice new hotel but with a lot issues still which didn't worth the money for me at the end.

Negative: The room was very small. The wifi didn't work proper at all the time and you have to log in everytime again. The staff isn't really the friendliest and they inform you about nothing except you ask for it, but when you say something they do it in someway. The most annoying thing was the shower. When it was working it was very nice but i still didn't really get untill the end if they have to turn the hot water on or if you only have to turn the water on and to wait then for 20 minutes with the running water.... but after 5-10 min we called them and they asked for the room number and they said 'wait 5 min'. I also didn't know how it works with the included breakfast (oneday one said you can choose two things each of the breakfast menu in the card) but one time i did it we got the half of it.... And the kitchen with "restaurant" is on the roof and you just have to walk up the stairs till the end (we didn't know). The blankets and sheeds haven't been clean as well. You have to pay everything at the beginning.

Positive: The hotel is in a new good condition. You have plenty of really nice movies in the tv. It's near the new delhi trainstation and there is already one of the cheapest and best markets nearby. You can refill your waterbottles with drinking...

Worst Experience Ever, it's not a hotel of Dil walo ki Dilli. Face many issues with stay. I have booked 3 rooms for 7 Nights

Uncleaned bedsheets and towels. Blankets were turned black from white. The bucket in the washroom was unclean It seems like it was beforehand used as a dustbin.

For AC you have to call the reception to turn on and you will have a Holi of dust from AC first. There were mice inside the AC vent.

They don't have vacant rooms and they still accept bookings and then they ask you to stay in the lower category rooms. I have booked a super deluxe 3 bed room. And for two nights we stayed at the Delux 2 bedroom.

We have 7 breakfasts included. They serve only veg sandwich or aloo Paratha with tea in complementary breakfast for that also you have to call and ask and wait for an hour. And if someday you don't want breakfast and want only tea they will charge you for tea.

Staff or owner at reception don't have manners or respect for customers. And if you do arguments they will threaten that it's their city and they can do anything with guests.

Felt completely unsafe, during this stay. The staff was cooperative but the people at reception are totally understandable. Be alert and stay...

This hotel has two USPs : - Good Location (near Railway station) food served here is very homely

As per the budget of the hotel, the hotel is quite clean.

It is at a walking distance from railway station. The moment you come out of the hotel, there are many local transport rickshaws, Auto, Cab etc are available.

The location is excellent as it is very much in the city centre and RAILWAY STATION is just 5 mins distance from the hotel...the hotel has many rooms and the food served here is very homely and excellent, beds are huge, bathrooms are clean, AC works just fine to cool u down. its a budget hotel Just outside on the street u have many options to shop and even enjoy the local food and walk around. room service is very prompt and staff is helping !!! Everything is available nearby and u can go anywhere in Delhi by local transport Metro or Buses Hotel is popular with families with kids,couples or groups looking for a good, relaxing stay in a cost effective manner!!!
