It's a nice place to view the activity below. The food I had was decent enough Indian (veg Thali) for a couple dollars. The Kabab wasn't all that great, but decent, especially using the chutney. Two Chai's, extra butter naan, and out the door for ®640. The staff is attentive enough and friendly. A steep set of narrow slick stairs takes you up, so no easy disability access. Apparently there's items available not on the menu. The pictures look red because of the red lights (not too glaring.)
