Hotel lahorimal Guest House — Hotel in Delhi

The only pros about this hotel is that it is situated near to New Delhi Railway station. Otherwise, nothing positive to write about. I didn't read the reviews of this hotel before staying here. But after my experience when I read the reviews I came to know that everyone has had the same experience like I had. The customer don't have the control of AC with him, it's temperature is fixed and cannot be adjusted. The hotel staff continuously switch offs the AC, as they have the control from outside, after asking to switch on it, they switch on the AC. On asking for the same they reply that the AC would get bursted if continuously operated. I was shocked with their reply. As if it was the only hotel in India which was providing AC rooms and we don't know how to use AC. No service. The phone was not working, if you want any service eithe you have to wait for the boys to come to the floor or you have to go to the reception, as the phone in the room is not working. One of the worst hotels to stay. Service is so down bad. Facilities were troublesome as well. They do not have have separate electricity lines for water supply and AC. When AC is on, water turns off. We had to call for every single thing to use. Bathrooms were smelly and flush wasn't working. They turned the AC off during midnight and when I complained the next day, they lied saying "bro you must have felt like it's midnight but it must have been 6. We only turn it off at 6 in the morning." When asked for hot drinking water, I was given completely normal water even though I returned the water jug to make it hot again." But, the way they nagged us about the payment was faster than instant noodles. In short, horrible hotel room to stay and I would never recommend this even to my nemesis or enemies!

P.S. I only stayed at this place for nights because myself and my family were exploring Delhi...

I booked this hotel for 6 hrs. only. The entrance of the hotel is good and the other best thing is, it is located near New Delhi Railway Station. But the rooms are not that good at all. Very small rooms. There was no water in the bathroom when I went for a shower. After calling reception water started. But there was no hot water for the shower.
