Worst Experience Ever - Stay Far Away from Hotel Sapphire Deluxe, Paharganj

I cannot stress enough how absolutely terrible this place was. Hotel Sapphire Deluxe? More like a nightmare straight out of a horror movie. The condition of the hotel was worse than anything I could have imagined—an absolute dump! The rooms looked like they hadn't been inhabited in YEARS. It felt like the place was haunted—there was a creepy vibe everywhere, and the smell was unbearable.

To add insult to injury, the staff was horrendous. Rude, unhelpful, and completely disrespectful. It was as if they couldn’t care less about your comfort or concerns. I’ve never encountered such poor service in my life.

And the location? Don’t even get me started. It’s tucked away so deep inside Paharganj that a cycle can’t even make it through if you're carrying luggage. We had to trudge through gutters, narrow alleys, and filthy nooks just to reach the hotel. It was an absolute nightmare, and trust me, you do not want to experience this.

We walked in, saw the place, and immediately checked out. We’d rather lose a few thousand rupees than subject ourselves to that hellhole. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs! There are WAY better options around Paharganj. This place should be shut down...

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this hotel. We had booked a 4-day stay, but from the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. When my friend came to visit me briefly, they didn’t allow her inside even for a minute. We explained that if visitors aren’t allowed, we would prefer to check out early. Instead of understanding, the hotel manager refused and insisted we pay for all four days, even though we were clearly unhappy and uncomfortable staying there.

The staff were constantly provoking arguments, speaking rudely, and not once did anyone behave in a professional or polite manner. As a female guest, I did not feel safe at all — neither inside the hotel nor in the surrounding area, which is not safe for women.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise other travelers, especially women, to avoid this place.

I am giving my genuine feedback for this hotel. The interior of the hotel is too good. However, the rooms are too small, in pictures it looks bigger but in reality its too small. The location of this hotel is too terrific it's looks like a slum area. The attitude of manager and other workers are too bad. They even don't speak politely with the customer. Also, you will not feel secured. Also, when we ordered food they added extra service charges for that as well. Overall, I will not recommend any one to stay in this hotel...
