Hotel Swastik Place — Hotel in Delhi

Not a bad place to stay for a night or two. But beware, they have a strange rule against having visitors over that I could not understand. Here's some feedback that could make this place better:

If you are so against having visitors, you should explain this rule before guest agrees to stay there. Have a big sign "NO VISITORS ALLOWED" so that it's clear. It makes a difference. to me, it's really not nice to announce it out of the blue when I already arrive with a friend. there were ants in the room, please get rid of them. stop turning off AC randomly. This is annoying.

I think if you can apply this feedback, your hotel would be much better. As I said, it's not bad for a room on a budget, just could...

Room was good and staff was nice 👌 no cockroach or anything. Bad part was that the hotel had very poor wifi and they don't have any power backup, meaning if the electricity is gone, you are in complete darkness without any option. So if you are doing any online work or exam or want good wifi and power backup for hotel, this is not for you. If you only want comfort and good service with good rooms at good price, then it is for you. I guess you might miss the pressure water pipe in washroom as well🤭 it...

Filthy place in a filthy location. Lazy staff. Room was not clean - did they change the bedsheets? Didn't get the room I booked and when i complained I got a even worse room with broken door. At least the second room had window but the curtains felt down. One star is too much for this place. Tragical 🤣

And there was no blanket on either room, just a duvetn but probably...
