A poor value for money hotel. It is exorbitantly priced for the tiny rooms they offer. Please don't go after its 4 star hotel class because it is clearly not deserving that tag. They give you super tiny rooms and charge around ₹5000 which is clearly not worth it. The washrooms are poorly designed with no place to keep showering essential while showering and are in dire of need maintenance as they don't look they belong to a 4 star hotel. Kindly refrain from taking the '9' series rooms as they are extremely tiny and claustrophobic. The reception staff and manager are not very flexible and won't go out of their way for solving customer issues rather they neglect and shrug off issues when a customer raises one. The only saving grace of this hotel are the housecleaning and restaurant staff who are helpful and the reasonable selection of food and beverages in the restaurant (good value for money). The portion sizes are good and the cost charged for each dish are reasonable. Try out the combos as they are very reasonable compared to other dishes. I strongly recommend to avoid this hotel for the best and have a better experience at the Bloom boutique nearby or even at the Sarovar chain of hotels in Delhi even though they are 3 star they would be much better...

The room was small. No wardrobe available. All the rooms are of same size. It cannot accomodate extra bed. The pillows are too large i recommend that amongst the array of pillows they should keep medium pillows too for sleeping. Bathroom was neat and clean. The bathroom door of 3005 had issues. It wouldn't close completely from outside and from inside the latch was a pain to operate. The ceiling was stained. The outside view was a disappointment We did not find parking as the hotel was full. The switch next to the switch of kettle was broken and unsafe to to touch. Pros- They provided all toiletries, dental kit, shaving kit. Mosquito repellent machine was in every room. The breakfast was so-so. The room service was very slow. I had asked for coffee and milk sachets as they were not provided , called them thrice still nobody showed up. Later after an hour they came to give the sachets. Although the staff was polite. Not so happy with the hotel. There is a room for improvement if...

I had the pleasure of staying at Nuo in Greater Kailash and it was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel was well-maintained and worthy reflecting the attention to detail that the staff put into their work.

One of the standout aspects of my stay was the hotel's prime location. It offered easy access to various attractions and amenities in the area, making it a convenient choice for travelers.

However, what truly exceeded my expectations was the exceptional service provided by the security guard, Ajay Kumar. His kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to assist us were truly remarkable. One particular instance stood out when he noticed us struggling to clean our car. Without hesitation, he offered his help and went the extra mile to ensure our car was spotless. His warmth and hospitality made us feel like valued guests and added an extra layer of enjoyment...
