This was one of the worst experiences we've ever had. We booked a room for three people, and despite it being prepaid, the receptionist demanded an extra ₹400 for early check-in without providing a receipt. The app clearly mentioned that a 2-hour early check-in was free, yet we were charged.
After taking the money, we were made to wait 30 minutes, making the payment for early check-in pointless.
The room itself was in terrible condition. The beds and pillows were unhygienic and unpleasant to touch. The floor was wet, and the ceiling was damaged. The room and bathroom had zero ventilation—our only option for airflow was to keep the door open, which is unacceptable.
For the first time in my life, I saw a bathroom with a ceiling fan, which was absurd. There was no mirror in the room, and the bathroom lock was broken.
To make matters worse, there was no electricity for 3 hours on the checkout day (8 AM to 11 AM). This meant no lights, no hot water, and the lift was out of order. When we inquired at the reception, we were casually told there was no power.
Because of the lift outage, we had to use the stairs during checkout, only to find disgusting waste on the staircase. I've attached photos of this as well.

Firstly the names of the hotels are different from the names that are shown in the OYO app or website.There is no hotel that exists with same names as that in OYO. Because of this I spent lot of time, energy and money to travel from place to place. Coming to hotel mannat there doesn't exist any hotel named mannat. Big cheating and scam is running under the oyo brand. Second, all the hotels they are not accepting the oyo booking. They are asking for the extra price than what is mentioned in the oyo booking. Otherwise they are telling that the room is not available. Worst ambience in the rooms. They are not changing the pillows ( they are in worst state), no change of pillow covers, bed sheets etc., My overall experience from today is that I should never ever opt for OYO rooms. If you are going through OYO then you are choosing yourself the worst option. I couldn't see the reviews when I am booking and now when they ask for review it shows all these reviews. I recently stayed at this hotel (Hotel O Mannat) and I was extremely disappointed. This hotel primarily caters to unmarried couples seeking short stays, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere for families.
The rooms are very smelly, with no almirah to store our belongings, leaving our luggage in disarray. Additionally, the TV was not working, which made for a dull experience. The service was pathetic; staff were unhelpful and indifferent to our concerns.
Overall, this hotel is not suitable for families. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more welcoming and comfortable environment.
Please change the name of this hotel as it does not deserve this name at all, because all the time I see unmarried couples coming to stay, which is very annoying. Due to these pathetic services, they referred me to another hotel, which is also the same in everything.
Also, please don't pay them any money in advance. I paid money to them as I wanted to stay there for 5 days and when I want my money back and wanted to cancel the booking for the rest of 4 days, these guys deducted nearly 80% of the amount.
