All the 5 star reviews seem to be extremely fake and paid. This has to be the worse experience I have ever had with someone in the hospital industry, I waited 1.5 hours for a room. I reached at 12:30 and they said they started check in at 1, which was fine, the receptionist is highly unprofessional and does not have an ounce of respect and knowledge about hospitality, he has to be the most useless representative for a front desk in a hotel. Eventually after 4 follow-ups and 2 arguments I was given a room at 2. Which was again dirty and wet for some reason all over. (This happened after the 1.5 hour clean up, I wonder what do they normally provide to their guests) The washroom was leaking and wet, the sink was not humanly functional, the room was smelly. But I let that all go because I had an event to attend, we left the room merely 20 mins later. Once we came back, we had our female friends who wished to use the washroom, understanding the policy that only 2 people were allowed, we asked the ladies to go and we waited.
Now comes in the arrogant, even more worse than the receptionist general manager Shubham Sharma. If you pay 5k for a room you expect hospitality but you get a group on incompetent staff who literally cannot manage a hotel (literally their only job). He argued with us for a no apparent reason, tried to shout at us. This was just the beginning of the General manager,s lore which took a turn for the worse.
Eventually we decided we wanted to check out the same day and packed all the stuff and left. Even during this period the people who supposedly work in the hospitality industry watched and did not comprehend what they did wrong.
Eventually we asked them to send a bellboy to bring down our luggage but as we know the fruit does not fall far from the tree, they amazing bellboys stood there staring at us and when we asked them to wait outside for a minute while we wrapped our things. To our genuine amazement they left.
I would recommend to check All The low star reviews as this seems to have been a reoccurring problem. The receptionist, the GM and the staff would make sure your stay is as tensed and messed up as the quality of the washrooms they have,...

The view from the hotel was pleasant, and the room itself was clean, comfortable, and equipped with most of the essentials needed for a good stay, all at a reasonable price.
The food pricing was affordable, though the portion sizes were noticeably small. The complimentary breakfast had limited options, and some items, like the parathas and pav bhaji, were served cold and didn’t seem fresh, which was disappointing.
Additionally, there were issues with promised offers. According to Goibibo, the hotel was supposed to provide complimentary perks like a 2-hour early check-in or late checkout option and a 10% discount on food at their in-house restaurant. However, the hotel staff denied these benefits when I inquired about them.
The most surprising issue came during checkout. When I asked the restaurant about my food bill, they quoted an amount nearly double what I had expected based on my orders. I requested a printed bill, but it lacked itemized details—showing only the total amount and time. On closer inspection, I noticed several items had been charged twice each day. E.g. I have order 2 times a day, but hotel added same 4 times a day. After pointing this out, the hotel agreed to remove the duplicate entries, but even then, the final bill still seemed slightly inflated based on my own calculations—leaving me feeling overcharged by a small margin.

Read moreWorst place I stayed till date. They provided rooms which were not cleaned and gave the reasons that the service boys ran away last night and they will be coming from Gurgaon. I told them at least 12-15 times repeatedly at reception to clean the room and they have send the boy 3hours before my check out. Towels provided were wet in both the rooms and when I said them they said they are washed but not dried up completely. When went for check in the staff was so rude that he said me that if you don’t like it then just don’t take the room and cancel it from the site where you have booked and I was accompanying with my elderly parents and we travelled and came from so long so finally had no choice. I also noticed young couples from locally were checking in rooms for few hours and leaving which gave me impression of some inappropriate activity happening in the restaurant.
