If there’s an award for the most chaotic and indifferent service, this place would win hands down. The staff wandered around like they were lost at their own workplace — confused, disinterested, and seemingly allergic to basic hospitality.

Orders were mixed up, delays were endless, and when the food finally arrived (cold and overcooked, of course), it was clear no one cared. The entire experience felt like we were the inconvenience, not the paying customers.

A dining experience this bad takes effort — and they’ve absolutely mastered it. Avoid...

Pathetic food quality and over rated place.. visited this place late afternoon and ordered pav bhaji amongst other food items... totally stale pav and burnt bhaji.. I wish someone could tell them hot chocolate fudge is not plain vanilla icecream and tiny drops of Hershey syrup on top.. such mood killer... when asked manager, he sent waiter to tell us " 15 saal se aise hi bna rhe kbhi complaint nai aayi"...cold frappe for the way tasted like spoiled milk..had to go to haldiram...

I must say, this place is ok for those who keep big pocket. If you comes under BPL class, lower middle or middle then this place is not for you. You can ask, Why? Because If you are used to pay Max. 40 Rs. for 2 Tasty SAMOSAs with Chole n Max. 10 Rs. for first class Kadak Chai then here You will have to pay 48 Rs. for 2 similar SAMOSAs n Rs. 15 for that type of tea. You can't fill ur stomach in Rs. 30 - 40, if you have only 50 Rs. n U wanna save 10...Thanks,...
