They have two branches. One is big one in the centre which is good I think.

But the other one, the smaller one is quite opposite and worst in service first of all.

SERVICE:- Arrogant, rude, staffs. Totally non professional. Talks in such a sluggish, and arrogant way. Somewhat like a harrasment. I'm never gonna go there ever in my life. If possible you guys avoid it too. ⚠️"Females should especially avoid this place, specially" When I call the serving staff he come to our table by sliding from his feet instead of simple walking.

Waiting & Service: Waiting time was extremely long so when I enquire ld about it l, staff just replyed in a very very arrogant way. Making us feel like we should just go away without eating.

SERVING⚠️ —They gave us water bottle and onion with green-sauce (chatni) very soon and does not not gave any main course till 20-30 minutes. —No tissue paper was given. —Gave us the salad made of smelly onion.

FOOD 🍲:- —Very basic taste. —Not worst as their service but neither too good. —Very very basic taste. —But yeah a fresh. Also the staff himself said that their butter chicken was "no good".

ATMOSPHERE Inside the restaurant: VELery foul smell was there, so we shifted outside the restaurant. And told the staff about smell then he very rudely instead of resolving the issue, just started asking us what smell. Outside the area is very clumsy filled with non sense stuffs.

Cost to Experience:- Very expensive and non justifiable price. Overpriced stuffs. They even charge you for water and do not provide complimentary water.

AFTERMATH: Still recovering from experience. Mood kharab(bad) kar diya(did). Overpriced. Clumsy outside and inside. Staffs...

A Culinary Journey through Al Bake, Delhi: A Review

Al Bake in Delhi has long been a culinary institution, renowned for its authentic Middle Eastern and North Indian flavors. With multiple outlets across the city, this restaurant has consistently delivered a delightful dining experience.

A Symphony of Flavors Al Bake's menu is a treasure trove of culinary delights, catering to a diverse palate. From the succulent kebabs to the aromatic curries, every dish is a masterpiece of flavor and texture. The Mutton Seekh Kebabs are a must-try, with their tender meat and perfectly balanced spices. The Chicken Tikka Masala is another standout, with its rich, creamy gravy and succulent pieces of chicken.

The Shawarma Experience One of Al Bake's most popular offerings is its Shawarma. The thin, crispy bread is filled with a generous portion of marinated meat, fresh vegetables, and a tangy sauce. The combination of flavors and textures is truly addictive. Whether you prefer the classic chicken shawarma or the more adventurous lamb option, you're in for a treat.

Ambiance and Service The ambiance of Al Bake's outlets varies, but each one offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The decor is simple yet elegant, creating a relaxed dining experience. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring that your needs are met promptly.

Conclusion Al Bake is a must-visit for anyone seeking authentic Middle Eastern and North Indian cuisine in Delhi. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Al Bake Shawarma in Delhi, and without a doubt, it deserves a glowing five-star review. As someone from Gujarat who had the opportunity to savor their shawarma, I can only describe it as an exceptional culinary experience.

Mouthwatering Shawarma: Al Bake Shawarma takes shawarma to a whole new level. The flavors, the tenderness of the meat, and the blend of spices were simply outstanding. Each bite was a burst of deliciousness, leaving me craving for more. It's safe to say that this is some of the best shawarma I've ever had.

Variety and Quality: Beyond just the exceptional shawarma, Al Bake Shawarma offers a variety of options to cater to different tastes. Whether you prefer chicken, lamb, or vegetarian shawarma, they have it all. The quality and freshness of the ingredients are evident in every dish they serve.

Quick Service: Despite being a popular spot, the service at Al Bake Shawarma was impressively quick and efficient. I didn't have to wait long to satisfy my shawarma cravings.

Affordable Delight: One of the best things about Al Bake Shawarma is that it offers exceptional quality at an affordable price. This makes it accessible to a wide range of diners and adds to its overall appeal.

In conclusion, Al Bake Shawarma in Delhi is a true gem for shawarma lovers. The flavors, variety, quick service, and affordability make it a must-visit dining destination for anyone traveling to Delhi. I, too, was captivated by the deliciousness of their shawarma, and I can't wait to return for another savory experience. Five stars...

I know this is a very popular place for Shawarma but I would not like to visit this place again for below reasons - 1. Insistence on Cash : they have gpay and Paytm facility, even then they insist on paying in cash. For such a popular eating place in a posh eating place to insist on cash is nothing but an attempt to pocket black money and not contribute towards building the nation 2. Quality of items other than Shawarma : Ordered Tandoori Chicken and it was worst. It seems the chicken was suffering from malnutrition as I got 4 pcs in half plate and all the pieces were having only modicum of flesh. 3. Taste of item other than Shawarma : Tandoori chicken i ordered tasted of Amul butter. It seems these days lot of eateries think that drowning anything in bucket of Butter will make it tasty. I literally could taste nothing other than salty Amul butter. I left 3 pcs and walked off. 4. Shawarma itself - 4 pcs for 180 rs. Come in paper plate that hs lot of Mayonnaise on side. They tasted decent to be true. Although, not wow. And once again it seems Shawarma are in diet. I clearly remember size of Shawarma rolls being bigger and fatter. May be the price of chicken haa risen and they have to keep cost affordable. Nevertheless, the rolls were finger size and you don't feel satiated even after taking 4 pcs. 5. Hygiene - saw American cockroach walking on table. That's it, I am out.

Well Al bake is a popular name when it comes to Chicken Shawarma in Delhi. The juicy chicken beated into keema and wrapped in pita bread perfectly complimented with mayo is a perfect solution to evening cravings. I have been to this place a number of times and each time it was equally satisfying. It is usually crowded in the evenings and one might have to wait for a couple of minutes for a table. People also share tables with strangers. Today i didnot go for their signatute item rather i opted for Mutton Nihari through zomato. Here are a few details i would like to share: Delivery was quick. The delivery partner didn't have to wait much in the restaurant. Packaging could have been better. The container lid was not tight enough and not taped. The quality of the container was bad. They had wrapped it in two polythenes which is not eco friendly but kept it from spillage. The quantity was sufficient. 5 large pieces of mutton with sufficient gravy in half plate is worth it. The cost through zomato was Rs. 451/-. . It was very oily. I threw away 5 tablespoons of oil that were floating above the gravy. The gravy was good. It had all the flavours, it was thick with perfectly boiled mutton peices dipped in it. It is worth a try but only once. I have tasted better Nihari in Delhi than this to be honest. Overall satisfactory.
