Terrible Experience, Completely Different from Photos! We booked this property for 2 days after seeing the photos on Goibibo, but what we experienced was completely opposite and extremely disappointing. The property looked nothing like the pictures, no geyser in the washroom, broken beds, dirty floors, foul-smelling rooms, and pillows in the worst condition.

We tried three different rooms, but all were equally bad. We checked in around 10:15 PM, and within 20 minutes, we were back at the reception because we couldn’t stay in such a horrible environment. The hotel staff and management were completely unhelpful and didn’t care about resolving any issues.

To make things worse, breakfast was included in our booking, but when we asked about it, the staff simply denied it and told us to “call Goibibo and ask for your refund”, they said they don’t provide breakfast at all.

We immediately contacted Goibibo support and waited outside the rooms for almost 3 hours without dinner, hoping to get a refund. By 1:30 AM, they said no refund could be processed at that time and asked us to stay there. We had no choice but to sit awake the entire night waiting for morning to leave.

Finally, Goibibo refunded only 1 night’s amount, which was not satisfactory given the situation.

My advice: Don’t pay in advance for this property. Visit and check the rooms first, the actual condition is completely opposite to what’s shown online, and it’s not suitable for...

It was very horrible experience, In the room at night there was power dripping at mid night twice only in my room twice I have to called at reception at 3:30am I could not sleep properly they given the reason that mobile charging though AC was switched off all lights were switched off only fan was on. And at the time of check out after completion of payment receptionist is asking snack kept in your room on welcomed have you eaten that ,and for it Rs 350 charged for ( 2lays packet 1bingo packet 1frootismall packet 1small Fenta tin and small Sprite tin) which was he told it is complimentary. On dinner I have order for the veg fried rice on that instead of shezwan chutney I got tomato sauce. What a sorry state of affairs where guest has to be on her toes and concerned about the the level of safety and service She is receiving . My stay was marred by misinformed attendance/receptionist and brazen negligence . Safe to say,we will not be returning to your hotel for any further ...

I booked here for 6 days. I had to check out on 2nd day and now I am writing this asking for refund for remaining days which they are not willing to. First day they showed a room with broken walls , floor and ceiling. I said I am not staying. Then to make me stay they showed another room, and it was ok-ok. Comparing to first room it was better. I choose it because to book another hotel for the very same day is expensive. Yesterday night 2am I woke up as a beg bug bite me. It was all bed bugs. No manager came even i called. A service boy came and told me and agreed its there and he can do nothing other than changing my room. I asked how many times would they change me rooms. It felt me like i wud have to change every day for 6 days into 6 rooms. Now I am standing here for an hour asking for refund and contacting booking.com. Their room pictures in google and booking.com are very different. And also there is no view. Its a fake place and bad...
