HOTEL RICHIE RICH RESORT BAR RESTAURANT — Hotel in Diu

Very bad experience at Richie rich.. I don't suggest anyone to visit this pathetic place.. charges are like 3star hotels but the condition of a hotel is like I can't even give it a 0 star..the behaviour of the lady owner was very unpleasant. showers were not working and also the bedcovers were dirty and untidy, I told the lady that it's not worth a pay, we have stayed in so many hotels in India but no body charged anything more than what they are suppose to be charging, I requested them to reduce the amount as the things inside the rooms were not better and worthy of what we paid, but the lady was very rude, she talked to me like a tinnitus, such an irritating lady ..me and my cousin ordered for a tea and a coffee in their restaurant, and guess what the bill was, it cost us 103 for a tea and a coffee, and I'm not even making this up, the size of a tea glass was literally 60 ml..it was expensive than a bottle of beer ..I swear I was compelled to stay there because we were tired and also I was with my parents and didn't want them to suffer searching hotels..But I suggest you all not to visit that hotel anymore.. let's show them how much power the customers review has.. Let's make them understand the power of customers.. If the lady is reading this comment Listen this ones for you *You were talking about an ethics right? If you think my review doesn't matter to your business, you will receive these kind of review throughout this year.. If you even receive one bad review from a customer, you have already failed as a hotelier... So you better don't talk about...

Amazing Stay at Hotel Reaching Reach, Diu!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Reaching Reach in Diu, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and prompt service.

The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all modern amenities. I particularly loved the attention to detail in the decor, which added to the relaxing ambiance.

The food at the in-house restaurant was a highlight of my stay—delicious and full of flavor! The breakfast spread was diverse, catering to all tastes.

The location of the hotel is perfect, offering easy access to Diu’s beautiful beaches and major attractions. The view from my room was breathtaking, making it a truly memorable experience.

Worst place to eat,third class food with premium pricing. The owner is way too much of a smartmouth to distract you with phrases that " we provide fresh food" but will return with inedible filth. There is no staff or waiter to handle the incoming crowd as we had to wait for 1.5 hrs for our order when she promised 15-20 mins to do so. After that she kept swarming incessantly over our dining table all the time to give explanation over her mistakes. Even if you point the mistakes that when you order a thali,all the stuff comes together and why are you providing everything one by one as you were not ready with anything, she'll give an excuse that we were not ready to tend to a party of 15 people. Can anybody believe that they don't even have the capacity to tend to 5 people and whatever they brought after that much wait was something a monkey couldn't eat. Ambience...
